Air conditioning was only in one bedroom - this was not clear from the property description. We bought a fan at a local store, and the property brought us an additional fan. But the air conditioning was inadequate (we were there on hot days / 35C) and after a day, the small air conditioner no longer cooled, just blew air. The location is good, but turns out the street is busy and it's made of stone, so noisy with cars going by. Better if the windows were closed, but with no air conditioning, too hot for that. I told the property managers and recommended they upgrade the air conditioning. Maybe they will - they have many apartments in Krems.

Huge room in a historic building. Modern apartment, well equipped. Great location for going into the historic town area. Great restaurants right across the street and just a few blocks to go into town.

Asked about early check in prior to arrival and was given a list of chargesm, but luckily in the end did not need this as the cleaner had already finished when we arrived.

Host allowed us to check in a little early which was helpful, the apartment was very nice but only 1 window so quite dark. Bathroom is something special with coloured lighting etc. Overall one of our favourite places we stayed in Austria. Parking use "Kasernstraße 10" - it's a 10min walk away but very cheap and easy.

Need bathroom shelves- especially in shower. Difficult to navigate to apartment with Google maps- I suggest using an alternate mapping system. Google took us into the mountain and down (literally). Need to arrive during daylight to find the place in our experience. Parking can be difficult and not reserved.

The only thing I might request is instructions for appliances, TVs and heating/air conditioning units for Americans renting a European property. It is also different from what we have in America. It can make it very confusing to make things work. That is absolutely the only thing I can think of.

Property was lovely, comfortable and well designed. The staff was very communicative to all our requests and questions. A fun discovery was opening a sliding door closet to discover stairs up to a rooftop balcony. What a treat. The bedroom/living room and bathroom were comfortable, functional and a great place to relax at the end of the day. Also, the location was absolutely marvelous. Walking distance to everything.

It was just the perfect place to stay. The location is wonderfull and the appartement is a great combination of old (cobblestones path and beautiful architecture) and new (all the modern facilities like airco, nice shower etc needed). I think this will definitely be on my list to come back to as well as a recommendation to family/friends.

The only (small) issue we had was that the door code given in arrival instructions was not usable as the code lock was no longer operating. The key had been left for us under the doormat but this had not been communicated and was only found by chance while trying to contact the help number given. However, this did not impact our stay and the apartment is lovely.

Brilliant large apartment with great facilities, lovely bathroom and very clean and spacious. Safe secure bike storage, lovely building, really pleased to find this apartment.

Huge, I mean REALLY HUGE apartment in an old atmospheric house. The facilities work perfectly, and kitchen has everything you'll need. Also there's a bike storage on the ground floor. Highly recommended, especially for that price!

Large, comfortable, perfectly equipped apartment located in the charming house in the heart of Krems, which is a really beautiful town very close to Wachau wine region. Host provided with clear instructions prior to arrival. In fact, the description of the accommodation reflects the reality – I would even say it exceeded my expectations. Getting in was difficult because getting the codes for the doors is connected to an online check in that keeps on being asked for, even after it is done. We did not receive the code for the main door and had to wait 30 minutes outside until we could get in, because nobody picked up at the phone hotline. In addition, I found it rather irritating that the rental agreement that had to be signed separately contained the instruction "No Stealing", somewhat doubting the moral compass of the client. Overall, the tone of the rental agreement is inappropriate.

Excellent place in a historical building in the Old Town of Krems. A lot of space and a well equipped kitchen.
