Nice, clean student residency The breakfast was good and with a variety of option

I was surprised to see that this is a student residency, clean and modern building but the rooms are not what a hotel room should be (not safe, socket near the bed etc) The breakfast was good and with a variety of option, but the restaurant is closed over the weekend, which leave you with two option a Chinese and an Italian restaurant 1 km away. To reach downtown you have to take the tram 1 km until the station and 30 min by tram. The main problem that ruined our stay was the fact that the AC was broken during the time of extreme heat alert, and the reception didn’t think to mention it or apologize when we check in. When I complained about it, the night clerk advised to open the window and door to make some air circulation but lot of enormous bumble invaded the room. As a bonus, being the end of scholar year all night happy students celebrated the success singing and laughing I didn’t see any empathy understanding, not saying the idea of offering a discount for this very uncomfortable situation. From recent memories and we travel every year in at least 4-5 countries was the most unpleasant experience.

Comfortable room with all I needed for my short business trip. Close to public transport (tram stop). Breakfest was ok. From warm dishes there were only boiled eggs. Nice restaurant for dinner in the hotel.

Varied and rich breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. Location is good, close to the Pleschingersee, also easy access to the city center via Tram. The Gym was a bonus!

The rooms are small, the hotel serves also as a student campus.

Nice, clean room with a good view. For what we paid this was a very nice stay.

Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful. Enjoyed the gym space. Safe to walk around to train, stores, and JKU.

Room was a little stuffy and I could not figure out the heating/cooling Front desk offered to help. Hallways a bit dark.

Very clean rooms. Fairly spacious. Easy to talk to staff. A pretty decent breakfest buffet. Good Wi-Fi. Overall a satisfying experience that was worth the money.

The room felt slightly unwelcoming and harsh. Some of the breakfest buffet options were just a bit stale. The breakfest time window could stand to be longer.
