The breakfast was excellent and the personal service of a family hotel was nice. The room was large, had nice views, with an alcove granting privacy for our daughter. The stay included a pass to lifts which was nice. We checked in later than planned or allowed, which wasn't a problem for them. Good customer service.

The staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast had perfectly adequate selection and the dinner was 3 courses optional with very delicious meals. The location of the hotel is perfect. The skibus stops just in front of the hotel. The sauna has a window looking on the mountains.

A hanger would be good for the small towel not above the hairdryer.

Super friendly staff and very good breakfast and dinner! Also the sauna after a skiing day made our day even better!

For this price I expected some better food but according that we are in Austria it wasn't bad:)

The negative things outweighed the positive ones

We got a room with a crossed door from the balcony, so the room was really drafty and cold and the heating was centrally throttled, the wifi didn't work properly, and on Christmas Eve there was no choice of food and the goose leg was properly dried out. I have visited many hotels in Austria, but this one was the worst, and our whole family would never return here.

Lovely attentive staff, comfortable bedroom with a balcony and a good breakfast.

There was nowhere comfortable for a group to sit together that wasn't the dining room and a fire would have been lovely as the weather was awful.

Nice and cozy, not crowded, kind staff, extremely good food. All in all we were realy satisified, it was the perfect horel for us.

If the Hotel had a swimming pool it would have been the icing on the cake

The mattress is too soft ot's individual thing, but that's probably the only thing that bothered me.

It was too cold in the room after 22h ( im not sure is it possible to control temperature in the room as guest ) I couldn’t find the thermostat to turn on heating.

I liked that the staff were always very nice and they payed very good attention to the people. They have very good customer service and they always went all out at celebrations. It was a very enjoyable stay 😁

The hotel lies near the highway and is easy to get to. In case you are there for a skiing holiday, the bus stops right in front of the hotel to take you to the slopes. The hotel is modern and clean, the personnel is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is outstanding, breakfast and dinner are excellent with a nice variety of wine and spirits - it is worth trying the home-made Schnaps. In case you are there for hiking, there are several routes starting nearby leading to the neighboring villages, waterfalls or even to via ferratas.

I found the room (No.100) small as opposed to the ones shown in the pictures about standard double rooms on Booking.com. There was not even a chair in the room and the only place I could hang my wet clothes was the door of the bathroom. Also, the room is above the laundry room and the outlet of the extractor fan is right under the window creating a lot of noise.
