The blue light was not working, which was a but dissapointment as I was looking forward to it :( Also the lock in the capsule was not working, but we were kind ok with it. There is no kitchen and no common area to sit and eat or something. For us totally ok as we just needed to spend night before going to the airport.

It was amazingly clean, nice bathrooms and showers, very clean and not so small as it sometimes is in hostels. Bed was pretty comfy and for the capsule very well equiped - even with the small table inside, hook, usb outlets, european and (I guess) american outlets, reading lights, small towels 👌There are also free earplugs provided, which is amazing small gesture, but can change whole experience. Everything looked new and stylish. For a hostel it was amazing experience. There are also lockers, the “typical” school/work ones. Super close to the tram and U-Bahn. We were lucky with quiet people staying there with us.

Like I said, the pods' wall are thin enough and doesn't really shield you from outside nice and the noice from the pod above or below you. They do have in fact some ear plugs that might come in handy just in case you need one. But in my overall stay there, the other people were nice enough to be quiet when it's late.

I looked how you feel secure when you are inside your pod. Once you close the door you have your privacy though you can still hear your neighbors, but the fact that you are inside the pod made me feel much more comfortable. The toilets are supplied well and they are tampons in the ladies toilet too!

No sound proofing, and my tv volume played through my earphones at a very loud volume even when adjusted using the remote my friend said his worked fine though. Also the smoke alarm flashing in the pods is unbelievably annoying. Also the towel provided is a tea towel.

Maybe the sound isolation, when it's busy not everybody respects how loud they can be after 10 o'clock, but that's not hosts fault. Maybe when it's extremely hot weather the ac can struggle, but not that bad to be honest. The price 100% worth it.

It's a great place, it's extremely affordable and the price really worth it. We would definitely stay again. The location is 5 mins walk from the station that connects to the whole city. Staff are always very pleasant.

The metal lockers should be lined with a soft material to reduce noise. Similarly, the capsule doors could be made to close more quietly. Even in the quietest mode, the earphones were very loud; I was worried that they would be heard outside the capsule. The shower curtain does not reach the floor, so water comes out and cannot be mopped up. A bigger towel or extra towels should be provided for such cases. The mattress was worn out in the middle. The pillow was flat. Most of these problems are easy to solve.

I think it's a very good innovation that the capsules can be locked, not just the lockers. Although I slept on the lower level, the new ladders seem much more comfortable.

The capsule doors were very noisy, and I suggest some lubrication to correct it. I also struggled a bit with understanding that I could use any locker with a key on it, because I thought they should be numbered like the capsules and couldn't find my number. Maybe a message explaining that, would be helpful for more people a bit slow like me. I also expected a bath towel and only had a hand towel, but maybe I also misunderstood that.

It was quiet, the neighborhood is quiet, the other guests were calm and well behaved, nobody made noise during the night. Location was close enough to public transportation and a supermarket. Bed was very comfortable overall.

There are 10 pods in a room. Some of them double pods, but there were only 2 toilets. This meant waiting for the toilet. There were 3 showers which were good. There was a towel provided, but it was so small it really wasn't much use.

Everything was clean and efficient. Lockers were available, which was excellent. The pods are really comfortable, and at 6 foot tall, in a single pod, I had more than enough space. A fun stop. All information needed was provided well in time.

The only thing I was disappointed with is no place to store food like a fridge or cupboard and a microwave would have been ideal, as most hostels have some facilities and due to health issues I am on a strict diet and require medication to be kept at a cool temperature, the capsules were too warm besides having air con on

It can be quite noisy, even if you try to be quiet. The pods are plastic so any movement can make a loud noise. And the doors are very noisy to open and close. There are disposable earplugs provided there to help yourselves though

The towels could have been bigger. The use of a fridge might have been nice. But both of these things were not issues that would stop us booking again.

All we needed was somewhere to sleep for 2 night and this ticked the box and more. Good bed, showers, wifi and locked lockers to store your belongings when out.

Some lights in the capsule are always on, so bring some masking tape. Overall nothing I disliked had to do with the property. It's a capsule — if you think you'll be uncomfortable sleeping in what is essentially a large sideways closet, don't book it.

What you see is what you get — it's a capsule. Matched our expectations, price was great. The "neighbors" are always quiet and considerate, the capsules are in good shape and the space itself is looked after. I'm 183cm tall and had no problems sleeping or even sitting up to read.

I did not like that the bed had a patch of blood stain. The capsule is not sound proof hence you can hear other people opening the door or closing the door. The lock for my capsule was wonky and did not work very well.

I like that the toilet is clean. The bed space is good for 2 people. There were lockers available for us to put our things. It was cheap.

Showers did flood a little. Some people struggled with getting into the accommodation. Once I was there another guest had their luggage stolen. Make sure you can fit your luggage in locker because the capsule doesn’t lock was you are out of it.

I stayed in capsule 3 which was quite comfy but the safety box was not working. I emailed the company who runs the place about it, but nobody bothered to do anything for it. This place runs without reception and without on site staff. You receive door code the day of your arrival. Some people may not find this ideal in terms of safety and security.....

Good value for money accommodation in Vienna, about 15mins walk from the nearest metro station. Capsules were quite new, and of good quality, showers/toilets were new and functional.
