it was quite noisy and the capsules were not soundproof at all however they did provide ear plugs which was a nice touch. The area was nice about a 25-30 minute walk downtown but it was a nice walk.

The cabins are creaky + unsteady and made from cheap quality material. If anyone in the room moves, you will hear it. I was in the lower cabin and the person above me kept on moving through the night and the whole cabin was shaky and loud.

Check-in was smooth and convenient. Good location. Walking distance from the Vienna HBF.

4 capsules are in the main hall right after main door. Since the capsules are not sound proof I’ve heard everyone coming in and out. Also the lockers are metal and so noisy!

I booked one day in advance of my arrival leaving me with no accomodation. The help staff were very precise but I could have been directed to an alternative, I was the closest I've been to having had to stand in the train station overnight. It was my fault though.

The check-in was a bit confusing as there is no physical reception and it is all online. Their responses on booking.com messages was a bit slow

The space was really fine and nice. Clean, comfortable and shuttle were cool. There was a TV in the shuttle with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube etc. and headphones so you don't bother other people, since the shuttles are not soundproof.

There is some grille on the capsules, some of which are close to the windows and receive the sun directly through in the morning, which is disturbing The sliding door on a metal railing makes a lot of noise Some capsules are close to the entrance, which can be very noisy when the door is closed by someone

Keep in mind that the capsule it's not sound proof and i could actually hear someone yawning from another room inside the other capsule. All in all it was perfect for a one night stay. I will def. come back!

The place itself it is perfectly placed close to shops, main train station and city center. For me because i was in wien for one night before my flight it was perfect value comfort/money. The bed is comfy and the necessities inside the capsule are plenty to satisfy your stay.

The headphones to TV should be disposable since it's not hygienic to use after someone. The towel for shower should be provided - I can not understand how in hostel there is no towel, people usually travel cheap and they don't have space in the suitcase for such things. They provided us with a small towel, I hung mine outside my capsule, and it dissapeard. I needed to keep it inside. The first capsule I have got smelled awful but I think it was a guy that was in the capsule below... The stench was so strong that I asked for a replacement and here big thank you to the service for changing me the capsule.

It is one space for all, but still is good enouht for overnight stay ( sleeping for few hours).

All information has been sent by email. Loved instruction how get in to those Apartments. You have to turn the lock to get inside, after you enter the code. But first, you have turn on the board by pressing the power button.

Plastic surfaces and lack of sound isolation was a negative point but other guests were caring too so it was comfy.

The self check in process was easy, cabins are acceptable. Better privacy than hostels.

Place is not soundproof, you hear other people (location provides free earplugs). Also, light enters inside a capsule (for me it is even positive but you might need a mask). No kitchen, but there is a restaurant next door. However, you are well informed about those issues at the time of the booking, so it is not a surprise and you decide if this is ok for you.

I've got exactly what was promised, no more, no less. Location is very convinient, 12 min from Vienna main station. Capsule is clean. There is a possibility to close capsule outside and inside plus you have a safe and a separate cabinet for your luggage. Very simple but enough for short stay. Price to comfort ratio is very good.

It was weird that you are stepping in from the street immediately to the sleeping area, from the front door right away you fully see two capsules (it felt weird especially because I was sleeping in one of those). There could be some type of cover before the few steps and before you can see the sleeping space.

- I had the top bunk and getting up and down was a fair struggle - The pods themselves were mostly clean apart from the vents from which the AC come out of which had a lot of dust and ought to be thoroughly cleaned - Getting inside the hostel was initially a struggle but was fairly straightforward thereafter

- The location was good as it was close to Wien Hbf but wasn't most centrally located so will involve walking and/or public transport to get to landmarks etc. I used a combination of trams and metro - The self check-in process was fairly simple although I prefer the human touch - I liked that one could leave their bags or other items in designated lockers when exploring the city

The sinks could be seperated from the space we where living. I was alomost to afraid to brush my teeth becouse it was really close to the spacerooms that other people was sleeping in. Also just to wash my hands after being on the toilet. I came Home to the spacerooms late, and I didnt want to wake jo the others.

It was a nice place to stay. Not to expencive compared to hotels nearby.
