Equipment and cleanliness on the balcony

The breakfast is good, but it is not very clear where what is, so you need to go around the whole area. Parking (extra charge) is in the garage connected to the building, worth every eur. 7 minutes to the center. In our room with a balcony, there is a bathroom with duble sinks and a half bathroom

The first room I got was not ready yet when I got the keys, but the staff corrected perfectly the situation by giving me a new room with an upgrade

Room was large, comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but ok, location is great next to the Danube and the Ars Electronica museum. Plenty of blue zone parking around the hotel, so it was not needed to park the car in the underground parking.

The hotel is very central, just opposite the river of the old town. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable! What I liked particularly was that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

Breakfast was fairly minimal and some things had run out / had not been refilled at 9.30. Before arrival, I had sent 2 messages via the booking app, asking for a twin room (it was indicated that this had to be specifically requested. I never received a reply, nor was the request honored. For me personally, the mattress was too firm and the pillow too flimsy.

Location was great for us, staff was friendly (lady at reception called us a taxi which showed up exactly on time). Reception isn’t manned after 10pm but getting in with the room card worked well.

Good standard of accommodation with onsite parking. Shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect for a stopover on our long drive home.

Good location. Just across the bridge from the old city center with many sights. Very close to "ars electronica" museum (actually the reason why we stayed there). Parking is free in the street right outside the hotel from Saturday 5pm to Monday 8am. Billa grocery store just across the street - but closed on Sundays. Helpful staff (we neede information about public transport tickets and validity).

The artwork on our wall beind the beds was plastic piping and uncomfortable to lean against!!

The beds were excellent, the most comfortable of our 2 week trip with light feather duvets. Room was quiet with windows that opened and a small fridge. Secure storage for our bicycles in the garage underneath. We left too early to have breakfast. Location is good, close to the bridge with frequent trams to the city centre or walkable.

I was quite dissapointed because the whole corridor(1st floor) looked very worn out and the carpet on corridor very dirty. The room on the first floor looking at the street was quite noisy during the night, we did ask for another room facing the courtyard but unfortunatelly aparently none was empty in the same category. The water was flowing out from the shower cabin. The other disapointment was the breakfast-at 8.30 almost all food was gone and was replaced very slowly, dirty plates everywhere-clearly a problem of understaff, two young persons were trying to do everything which was not working.

Well located, just 10 min.walk from old town area and a few minutes from the Danube.

The balcony of the apartment rooms had pigeons and their shit all over - please clean.

Very nice business hotel. Located on the "wrong" side of the river, but only 500 meters across the bridge. Smallish rooms. Breakfast very expensive, better use one of the many cafes nearby. Super nice that they waived the parking charge for our motorcycles (else it is expensive to park). The apartment rooms have a little sitting area and are much bigger.

It's a nice hotel, comfortable, nice location very close to the center and they he have a privet garage where we could store our bicycle 🚲

The rooms beyond the lobby were very tired and need refreshing.

Location as long as you cross the bridge. Beds were very comfortable. The garden room and access to the garden were very pleasant. Shiny, modern lobby created a good impression.
