Wellness was awesome, nice sauna, ice bath, & infra-red chair (big place and never had to wait for a spot) Extremely friendly staff, very accommodating PS: if you mail them upfront to have a steak ready, they will make sure to make it. Meat is from their own farm. It was my birthday and they made sure I felt it. Gave very good recommendations with regards to the area. We went there after a very intense multi-day hike and couldn't have wished for a better place to recover!

Hotel design is very elegant and personnel friendly. We enjoyed the afternoon snack and drinks in the beautiful terrace. Our room was clean and convinient. All the relevant were in a room we needed in a clever layout. Very nice that we received the maps and guides for hiking and valley as we visited in Stubai at the first time. It was a big help.

A coffee machine or similar would be nice for an early morning drink on the balcony.

The room was very comfortable with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent with plenty of variety. Great wellness area for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The location is really good for exploring the valley and mountains using the included Stubai Super Card. And we were given a lovely surprise leaving gift!

Slightly limited dinner menu.

Hotel Brugger is set in an idyllic location close to the gondola. The hosts were unparalleled in their hospitality, constantly wanting to make our stay better. We didn’t know this, but our booking also included free access to several local facilities including the gondola. The rooms were clean and comfortable with an excellent view. The sauna was brilliant and we even had an aroma-based performance which we didn’t even know about prior. The restaurant was a delight (if a little pricey) and breakfast excellent.

No fridge, no kettle in the room. It would be very useful a table with 2 chairs in the apartment. The couch was very unconfortable. Overall it was a nice place.

The room was good and clean. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We arrived at midnight and they waited for us. In front of the hotel is an amazing view to the mountains.

We stayed at this hotel I think for the 8th time and each time we felt like home. The location is very good, quality services and the staff are professional. If there were small problems, they were quickly solved by the involvement of Mrs. Bacher. We will gladly come back every time!

We didn't want to leave!

We were very happy with all aspects of our stay. The staff, especially the lady at reception, went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and to provide us with helpful information. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and the bed is extremely comfortable. There were a variety of options available at the breafast buffet, all of which were delicious. The hotel is in the perfect location for outdoor activities and we thoroughly enjoyed the wellness area upon our return.

The hotel is amazing. Everything is clean, and looks perfect. The employees are very kind and will help you with any kinds of questions. The choice at breakfast and dinner is very broad and everything tastes good.

The only thing I would recommend to consider is changing the towels every day. We spent 2 nights in the hotel and did not need to have the towels changed. A little sign "if you need to change the towels, leave them on the floor" would help to safe our environment a bit.

The hotel room was very nice, newly renovated, modern, clean, with everything needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great, modern and clean "sauna world" (3 saunas) that made our stay relaxing. Excellent food (4-course dinner and good breakfast). We really enjoyed our stay as much as possible.
