Excellent in all respects. Great location. Generous room sizes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Half board option was very good value money and included afternoon tea. The free Stubai Pass was brilliant - free bus travel and cable cars which was great. Very frequent and up and down the valley, and free travel on cable cars (one trip per day on each cable car). Drinks were excellent value at the hotels. Lots to do out and about. We will definitely be back.

All staff family is very pleasant and taking time for short talk about our stay. Very good breakfast and nice dinners. Great place for holidays

United KingdomIt gets hot in the room at night in the summer. The pillows in all the Austrian hotels we stayed at weren’t very good.
The staff were hospitable and even changed our room due to it being very warm at night. The beds were a medium-firm and of good quality. The food is very good and varied.

United KingdomThe decor of the hotel is now old fashioned in parts. However, it is not at all “tired” - it is of the highest quality and has clearly been lovingly cared for and maintained and is still immaculate.
The service at the hotel was wonderful. Every single day, a member of the family checked in with us to see if everything was okay. Special mention to our waiter Phillipp who I think eats sunshine and rainbows for breakfast as he is the most cheerful person we have ever encountered. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was delicious - a huge breakfast buffet and a 4-6 course dinner every night (& extra portions offered, not that I think anyone could ever eat more!) We had a two bedroom suite which was large and comfortable with extensive storage, just what is needed on a family ski holiday with lots of equipment. The water and wellness areas were vast and brilliant. The kids loved the indoor pool and we enjoyed the saunas after a long day on the slopes.

Excellent food and helpful, friendly staff. The location is convenient for the public ski bus and especially noteworthy is the hotel’s shuttle to the glacier ski area.

PanamaFood - The breakfast was very good Ski experience - The hotel had shuttles in the morning and afternoon for people in the hotel to the Stubai Mountain, free of charge. Regarding gear rental there’s 2 rental stores near the hotel where I renten a Snowboard, helmet and boots. Location - Near a couple good bars and restaurants, 10 min walk. Stay - Big room with a balcony. Comfortable.

The balcony had a sunshade as well as table and chairs. Fridge in the room.

We frequented the spa amenities every day, it was the highlight of the trip. The hotel in general had a warm Christmas vibe and a beautiful mountain surrounding. We will repeat this hotel next time we travel to this area.

United StatesThe spa closes at 19:30 p.m. and dinner finishes at 20:30 p.m. So for guests coming back to the hotel from skiing at around 06:00 p.m. there is not enough time to really enjoy the Spa and the swimming pool. 30min-60min more would make it much more comfortable. Furthermore I found the behavior of many guests at the Spa completely unacceptable. Some of them watched YouTube videos on their mobile phone’s without headset or had a phone call in the relax area. From my point of view, mobile phones should not be allowed in the Spa area. Due to the different cultural backgrounds of the guests a spa rules instruction at check-in could help to avoid such behavior in future.
Very nice hotel with lovely atmosphere and a lot of love for the detail. The food, the Spa area and the room were excellent. There was even live music at the bar on Saturday evening. The staff at the reception, bar and in the restaurant was very polite and helpful. There were a separate room for the ski equipment.

New ZealandWe had a very unpleasant experience with the staff here and felt CATFISHED with our room. We had booked a two bedroom suite for three of us. Please be aware that the room isn’t as pictured or described!! There are two bedrooms, one bedroom being “master” with a two seater sofa and a coffee table in it. It is not two separate bedrooms and a living with a fireplace. Additionally, we discovered that although it was a two bedroom suite, the price we paid didn’t include a third person… so we were charged basically the cost of an extra room, with a 2 euro discount… considering room is big enough to host at least 3 people it was extremely disappointing! However when we tried to talk to the staff about it and understand their reasoning we got SHUNNED! They completely ignored us!!! On a separate occasion I had requested a kettle for the room and some mugs, also met with hostility because I couldn’t remember the exact room number…. Also it is not ski in ski out! The hotel is in center so unless there is a lot of snow you will definitely have to drag your stuff to the gondola, which is the smallest ski resort in the area…. With only two chairlifts. Do not recommend spending so much here….
Property was clean, had nice facilities and it was central to supermarkets and some shops for rental! Easy to get around with their shuttle plus the local bus being a 5 min walk away
