Parking wasn't free for guest; it cost 50 euros, and I wasn't informed of this when I booked. The receptionist couldn't provide me with information about parking outside the building, so I had to search for a space and seek further information myself at night :(

Hot in the room, if A/C is not possible maybe a ceiling fan that can give cold ventilation for the entire room. There is electric fan but so small.

It’s possible the cleaning staff overlooked the accumulation of hair in the shower drain.

For a city Hostel, quite ok. Warm and friendly staff and environment. Rooms of 4 were well-designed, with each bunk fitted with a reading lamps, power sockets, and light- and sound-blocking curtains. The shared room had one room combining shower toilet and sink. Certainly, long shower takers and teeth brushers are discouraged, but at least one has privacy. Heavy doors in theory block sound from hallways and other rooms, so plus plus there. Summers are getting hotter, and this hostel is probably not alone in failing to fully adapt. A single reciprocating tower fan is all that kept us from melting into the sheets. Mattresses were firm yet yielding. The breakfast was quite balanced and healthy. Soft-boiled eggs were bountiful as well as whole almonds and split cashews for those of us who need protein. A good variety of bread was available, but I failed to notice the toaster in the corner. The coffee was surprisingly good for a machine dispenser.

There was quite some hair on the mattress, but I didn't bother cuz I was staying 1 night. The room (incl. the bathroom) wasn't clean and smelled. Lower average experience but expected more from a 4-bed private room at a 35-EUR-night price.

Mixed experience overall. I traveled overnight from Vienna to Munich, and the journey was quite uncomfortable. I arrived early, really craving a comfortable bed to rest for a few hours before enjoying my Saturday. Unfortunately, my room wasn’t ready, and I had to wait about 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. That might not seem long, but given the circumstances, it felt like precious time I could’ve spent resting. I also had the impression that the room was cleaned in a rush because I was waiting, and it didn’t feel as thoroughly cleaned as it could have been. The mattress was quite uncomfortable, which was disappointing for a single room where you’d expect a bit more comfort. Another detail, possibly just a personal preference, is that I find shower curtains in place of proper shower enclosures a bit unhygienic. Overall, these weren’t major issues for a short two night stay, but they’re worth considering if you plan to stay longer.

Super convenient location if you're arriving by FlixBus or train. You can take the tram, but it's just a 13-minute walk on foot. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was generous and varied, all at a fair price. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay way better.

Nice hostel within walking distance of Vienna Central Station. The staff were kind and helpful, and the beds were as comfortable as one can expect in a hostel (having individual curtains helps).

One of the guys from the staff. I had breakfast and said I was gonna pay later; later that day, this guy went into the room asking me why haven’t I paid (it was my first out of 3 nights) he was super rude in front of the other guests, as if I wasn’t gonna pay at all.

The breakfast was super good, they borrowed me an umbrella the day it rained:)

On the one hand, one of the people who stayed in the room snored very loudly the two nights I overlapped with his stay. It made for a very irritating night. This is not the hostel's problem, but it is a danger one risks when sleeping in rooms with strangers. More importantly, one night I was there there was a VERY loud party of some sort taking place nearby. I believe it was coming from the bar/restaurant area of the hostel on the ground floor, from people watching sports games, but I cannot be certain. I do not think it was coming from one of the sleeping rooms. It 'could' perhaps have come from another facility but it definitely felt like a group of youth within the building. These people yelled and jumped around well past the quiet time of the hostel (10 pm), and although it occurred in the bar area rather than the sleeping area, it still massively disturbed the people trying to sleep. Really the hostel should not allow such activity to occur on its premises after 11 pm at the latest. That is, if it indeed happened within the hostel. Otherwise, the night noise problem was not that great.

It is in a very good location (near a metro stop and a pedestrian area with many affordable places to eat). The breakfast is very good. The facilities I stayed in were good (4 person room). Overall in terms of location a good place to stay for travelers wishing to explore the city or do day trips out of the central train station.

No air con in the rooms made for a very hot night sleep. It is a bit outside of city center, not horrible, you just have to walk into town a bit. The soap in the bathroom usually was empty, so I don't know if they were refilling regularly.

This was a very nice hostel. The staff was very kind and welcoming. B was my favorite. He was knowledgeable about the city and was very nice. They had good recommendations in the city and had activities each night like a cocktail course.
