The restaurant on site was convenient since there was very little variety of choice in regards to places to eat around the area. The bar was also convenient.

The bathrooms were atrocious. I was in the room while staff was cleaning and witnessed the cleaning staff not change the mattress protector on the bed above mine even though the traveler had checked out (they were cleaning the room in preparation to new travelers arriving). I also witnessed them completely skip over the bathroom and not clean it at all. I had to ask the front desk staff twice during my stay to empty out the trash bins in the bathroom since they had not been emptied at all during my stay (except during the times that I had to REQUEST them to be emptied). I also took pictures of the toilet and the areas around the toilet to have proof of how dirty and hazardous the restroom was. There was dried fecal matter around the inside of the toilet seat and waste around the bottom of the toilet area. I had requested it to be cleaned several times, but it wasn't until I requested to speak with the manager that something was done about it which was the very last day of my stay. I stayed for 5 nights. That's how long it took for something to be done. It was absolutely hazardous and dirty. They also did not replace the toilet tissue on a daily basis which I had to verbally request from the front desk every day as well.

Very good value for money. I liked the option of 4 bed female dormitory with shower and bathroom within the room.

Great location, staff were very helpful and the rooms were quite spacious.

The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Privacy curtains at the bed

Parking wasn't free for guest; it cost 50 euros, and I wasn't informed of this when I booked. The receptionist couldn't provide me with information about parking outside the building, so I had to search for a space and seek further information myself at night :(

The location is convenient for going to main station and also travel around with U-Bahn. Staffs are very nice and friendly.

On my first night, the private shower room was not clean. The wall were full of mold. And the water was clogged, and not well ventilated. The other days were better, but still, the shower room did not feel well-maintained.

It was really wonderfully to stay there. Good stuff, clean and spacious rooms, rooms have their own bathroom and shower which is amazing and they are also doing some guest gathering and activities at night I guess. The location is nice close to hbf also very much eating spots around. I love it! Maybe it was my fav hostel that I had stayed.(even free postcards for vienna and women hygene products)

Hot in the room, if A/C is not possible maybe a ceiling fan that can give cold ventilation for the entire room. There is electric fan but so small.

For a city Hostel, quite ok. Warm and friendly staff and environment. Rooms of 4 were well-designed, with each bunk fitted with a reading lamps, power sockets, and light- and sound-blocking curtains. The shared room had one room combining shower toilet and sink. Certainly, long shower takers and teeth brushers are discouraged, but at least one has privacy. Heavy doors in theory block sound from hallways and other rooms, so plus plus there. Summers are getting hotter, and this hostel is probably not alone in failing to fully adapt. A single reciprocating tower fan is all that kept us from melting into the sheets. Mattresses were firm yet yielding. The breakfast was quite balanced and healthy. Soft-boiled eggs were bountiful as well as whole almonds and split cashews for those of us who need protein. A good variety of bread was available, but I failed to notice the toaster in the corner. The coffee was surprisingly good for a machine dispenser.

It’s possible the cleaning staff overlooked the accumulation of hair in the shower drain.

Very near U-Bahn station, easy access to city centre (10 mins), staff were very helpful, friendly and cozy vibe

No fridge in the room

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Convenient distance from the Centralstation.

There was quite some hair on the mattress, but I didn't bother cuz I was staying 1 night. The room (incl. the bathroom) wasn't clean and smelled. Lower average experience but expected more from a 4-bed private room at a 35-EUR-night price.

Check in till late, good price,

The room was extremely hot as the building was already heated up a lot due to the outside temperature. Mattrass super hard, that my back hurt. Mini small toilet with chipped washbasin.
