Really perfect central location with plenty of free secure parking. The room was very comfortable and peaceful (facing the rear of the building). Friendly helpful staff with lots of tourist information to hand. Excellent breakfast buffet, the restaurant evening menu is fairly restricted with some regional classic dishes. In summary a good centre for exploring the region, and the hotel is obviously popular also with bicycle tourists.

The pool was busy and too small, the water looked a bit muddy because the pool lining isn’t blue. Breakfast was a bit sparse It would be nice to have body lotion in the room

Very nice modern hotel in the hart of the village.Everything is at walking distance in 5 minutes. A big plus is the parking and a nice touch and plus is the terrace with the small swimming pool if the weather is nice. The breakfast was very good also.

We had laundry done , not ironed !! Returned to room stuffed into bag. Hairdryer attached to wall difficult to dry hair. Towels in room could do with upgrade.

It would have been good to know that the hotel restaurant and bar did not open on a Sunday. This is quite common in Austria but if you have never been before it can take you by surprise. We did however have a lovely meal sitting in the sun from a great little cafe in the square.

All the signs and vast majority of leaflets were in German but the staff was helpful with providing translation. The town itself is pleasant but if you want to do sightseeing you will definitely need a car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great pool area, with many armchairs and sun chairs, partially in the sun and in the shade. A very nice restaurant, great choice at breakfast.

Reception closes at 15:00 on weekend and around 19:00 on weekdays (despite published hours till 20:45 everyday). When the reception is closed the gym (fitness center) and sauna are also closed. So, while we chose this hotel because of the fitness facilities when we arrived on Sunday (at 16:00) it was already closed and when we returned back from our sightseeing tour on Monday (19:30) it was closed once again. In short we haven't used even once the main facility for which we chose this hotel. In addition when the reception is closed there is no one to talk to if one needs anything (e.g. we needed extra toilet paper) and they even take away even the most basic things such as the flavored water jar at the reception. This hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel but feels more like an Airbnb rental with breakfast facilities. Besides that some of the staff was very rude. While the lady at breakfast was very nice and welcoming, the male waiter was very rude and even complained that we used too many napkins (seriously?). Overall, we were extremely disappointed with this hotel
