We had a wonderful stay at this hotel right next to Vienna’s Hauptbahnhof train station. The location is absolutely perfect – just a few minutes to the city center by metro or bus, which made sightseeing very easy. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Vienna.

An easy 5 minutes walk from the station. The hotel is very modern and premium. Rooms are spacious. Lobby is great. They have good luggage storage, so one can peacefully explore the city until flight time after check out. Neighbourhood is clean, and all the facilities are available nearby. I shall stay there again without any doubt.

Nothing to complain about; some long waits for the (3) lifts, but that was because it was August and the hotel had some large tour groups staying there.

Location 5-minute walk from main train station; 15 minutes from Schloss Belvedere; 30 minutes from city center. Excellent facilities, Leonardo chain is very reliable; large breakfast room with many options. Very well run property.

The location is great, even though it isn't in the city centre, the main train station is very close by so you are well connected to the centre. The rooms were spacious and clean. And you could adjust the air-con yourself.

The music in the foyer/bar area did not appeal. I did not stay there for a drink, nor did many others! What makes Vienna a wonderful city to visit? Great art, Opera, Music and culture. The home of Mozart! I complained to the hotel staff about the ambient pop music playing on the ground floor. I was told that they have no control over the music, it is decided by the management of the Leonardo group. My message to the management is that some of the guests are discerning music lovers. Take note!

The Room was spacious and well equiped with all that we required including a small fridge and coffee maker that could also make tea. It was tended to and made up freshly every day by the excellent housekeeping team. Beakfast was superb in every respect; catering as it did for all tastes and preferences. There was so much delicious food to choose from. The hotel managed the large number of guests at breakfast with ease. The staff on reception were always helpful and good humoured.

There is no possibilities to lock the toilet door. There was no door in bathroom. If you will stay with your family, it is ok, but if you are travelling with your friend it is not convinient to visit the toilet and douche.

The bed matress was rather soft to our liking but that's minor.

Everything from check-in to check-out was nice and smooth. The hotel location is just perfect, just few minutes walk from the Vienna Hbf. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people and quiet, so we had a good sleep. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from and great coffee!

I have nothing to complain.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is nice and clean, breakfast is good. The personnal is very kind, they have even stored my son's medicine in the fridge for a day after we checked out. That was great help for us!
