Great view at evening and in the morning. Fantastic place above the clouds. It was worth the difficult trip up (with car). Unfortunately I stayed only 1 night, but next time will definetely more days. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Possibility to have dinner.

The road up is difficult if you are easy car sick (my wife..). The road back down went easier.

The setting of this hotel is absolutely stunning, my favourite of all the places we stayed. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Could do with a greater selection of drinks and breakfast items.

Amazing location, really! Quiet, somewhat isolated, beautiful nature. Our room was big with a private balcony with a view of the valley. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, they even gave us a few recommendations. Loved that there was a little sheep herd grazing around the property. The breakfast didn’t have too many choices and quite traditional.

Would have liked to have a plant based milk option for breakfast, but I didn’t ask if they had it, maybe it was on request.

Leaving the hotel was problematic since card did not work. We called the hotel - nobody answered, so some outside information helped us. Scrambled eggs only for chosen clients, and poor choice at the breakfast.

This was a wonderful place to stay during our Dachstein hiking adventure. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was super deluxe.

No AC, breakfast is a bit dull and little to no soundproofing between the rooms. Tall people - be aware that some rooms have a low ceiling.

Very narrow road with sharp bends to get to the hotel. It was not mentioned in the description on booking.com that the hotel is at the top of a mountain.

The view is fantastic.

It is better to plan your arrival not too late, because of the road. The hotel is situated high in the mountains, which can be difficult to navigate, especially for inexperienced drivers

This is an amazing location for hiking. We found the hotel for an overnight stay and this is not recommendable, as the road is really challenging for 9 kilometers, but perfect if you want to go to the top of the mountains. Very nice staff and okay room, and a terrace with a great view. The food was okay, the pizzas look great.

The hotel is in a unique location. The drive-up is spectacular. The staff is very friendly.

No hand towels in the room, just one big towel for each person.
