Excellent location directly by the lake with private beach access; rooms with a nice view to the lake and ability to sit outside for breakfast looking at the lake

Relatively run-down / old interior, particularly stair case and bathrooms in the rooms; constant kitchen smell all the way up to the rooms

Location is excellent and service top notch.

Time has stopped here way too long ago. Everything is too outdated for this price (245€), no toiletries, awful pillow, nowhere to charge phones.

Beautiful in its simplicity, wonderful place for travelers looking for place to rest and recharge ( and probably not for tourists who are looking for 5 star modern hotel). We had a two rooms place with a big balcony and view over the lake. Rooms were clean and tidy, just a shower was placed unusually as it was detached and placed in the hall with curtains. I saw bad reviews on google and went with kind of low expectations and some fears. None of them did materialize. The owners are very friendly and hardworking. We arrived late, around 21.30. Despite the fact that the kitchen was closed, the owner made us a toast and fries. Plus 🍺. The lake is good for swimming, without crowds, good entrance to the lake. When we travel to Austria again I will stay there.

Perfect location with very nice garden direct on the lake shore. Beautiful view to the lake and surrounding mountains.

Bathroom works properly, but some renovation is needed.

The hospitality of the hotel manager. Lovely breakfast and our room was very comfortable. We would love to come again in warmer weather as hotel is right on lake Ossiacher

It was all very good except the weather, cold and wet.

The room is clean and tidy. The view from the window is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. We had a very nice time.

Breakfast is OK, but it would be good to have scrambled eggs on offer. You should clean up a bit in front of the hotel because the approach to the hotel looks terrible. Some parts of the hotel need renovation because they look old.

Great location with a beautiful garden and private beach, beautiful view of the lake from the room balcony, very comfy bed, friendly staff, various and delicious breakfast.

Lack of lighting fixtures, for example there were no ceiling lights in the room, lack of a TV remote, slightly outdated furniture

We just loved this place and want to come back, very nice hosts, wonderful rooms with exceptional views, private lake beach, delicious breakfast, dogs are very welcome, parking available, I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart :) I regret we couldn't spend more time there...

Having a kettle in the bedroom would have been a nice bonus and a fan for hot weather

restaurant in the evening was closed, no aircoditioned room, pure breakfast, 25 euro for dog (17kg) for 1 night- crazy. No more thanks...

Great location, friendliness and hospitality of the owner. The bed is comfortable, soft bedding. A room with a wonderful view. Very good breakfast. Deckchairs in the garden.
