The hotel is near the tram line, it is a little bit noisy at night, if you stay on that side of the building.

Not much. There are better hotels in the vicinity, but they are significantly more expensive. Wi-Fi was slow and inconsistent. The bathroom featured a bathtub without a separate shower.

This is a nice little hotel. The location is excellent, in a pleasant, lively neighbourhood. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly, and helpful. My room was unexpectedly spacious, comfortable, well-lit, and had suitable seating and working conditions. AC was fine and silent.

Not really an issue, but the decor is somewhat older and the room is carpeted, which some people don't like. The key is on one of those very large keyrings, and the staff prefer if you leave it at the desk when you go out.

Although I booked a single room, I was actually given a large double room, which definitely exceeded expectations. The hotel location is fantastic, easy enough to walk from the Hauptbahnhof, plus there is a tram along the street. Some great cafes etc in the same street, plus you're at the Opera house in 15 minutes or so, and from there central Vienna. Despite the trams, my street-facing room (top floor) was quiet. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable -- nice extra touches include tissues & make-up mirror in the bathroom, and good selection of tea bags in the kitchen area. (In contrast, there was only 1 coffee pod provided, but you'd likely be better going a couple of doors along to the cafe anyway, or there's a supermarket very near by.) The mini-kitchen included a very small fridge, a microwave, kettle, sink, and coffee maker. Cutlery and crockery was relatively limited, however, and I didn't notice any washing-up supplies. The wifi signal worked well. The room had an airconditioner, but I didn't use it. I would certainly stay again!

While the rooms felt a bit dated, we were thoroughly impressed by the hotel staff. The location of the hotel is good, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was satisfying and offered a good start to our day. All in all, considering the very reasonable price, this hotel offers great value for the money.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood and is in a walking distance from the city center, Central train station, there are several grocery stores nearby, also bars and cafes, the tram stops just few meters away from the hotel, in case there is a need to take one. The hotel serves a very tasty breakfast with lots of food option to choose from.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. For the first time in a long while, we stayed somewhere with a 24/7 front desk. The room itself was rather simple, but the breakfast was good, and what mattered most to us was the hotel’s location. The location was ideal for us but at the same time is ideal for any traveler to Vienna – just a few steps from a metro station and close to the Belvedere.

Bathroom a bit outdated but very clean. Music at breakfast was too loud (but that’s my pet peeve, music at breakfast should be forbidden). First room was facing the street and that was way too noisy but the staff were very nice and changed my room.

My bed was just not good. It was super noice if I’d turn and the bedding itself would pull out. Pillow was ok. I had more comfortable beds in motels. Water in shower didn’t flash properly and the room felt kinda small and old. I dunno where the 4 stars came from in description

The wifi was unreliable and the router kept needed to be reset by reception. That was annoying.

The location was good, 10mns or so by foot to the Staatoper. Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast is decent although nothing to write home about. Quiet area. Yes, the decor is a tad dated but I think it added to the charm; another couple of years and I reckon this retro chic will be back in fashion! The rooms (suites) were very large.

A little dated. One of the bed side lights wasn’t working. We called reception to let them know, suggesting it was probably just a bulb and could they fix it. Receptionist said he’d call back in 10 mins and didn’t. After half hour we called reception back, he admitted he’d forgotten (fair enough) and would get someone to look at it, but that didn’t happen. Not a massive big deal, just annoying that a small issue wasn’t resolved quickly. Otherwise all ok.

It was this n a good location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Suite was a good size.

House-keeping came quite late, around 3, when I was having a snooze. I just put a do not disturb sign on the door the next day.

Nice location, without the crowds, but just a couple of tram stops and you're in the centre. Weather was hot and the aircon was great. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
