Excellent view, clean, good deal. Very quiet environment, did not hear our neighbors once so we got some excellent sleep. Has a very pretty view, balcony and a good kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has everything you need, cupboards, dishwasher, couch, etc. Outside of the apartments is a good field to sit and play pingpong.

* The WiFi in our room was very poor, in the hallway outside our room it was great. * During our stay the host was not available much, and the lady who was there instead did not speak German or English. * There were not enough dishwasher tablets available, so we had to handwash once * The city tax is not included in the booking.com price (though it is noted on the booking.com page that you will have to pay it), and paying it by card terminal cost €2.50 extra transaction costs. It would be easier for both sides if this was just included in the total price.

We have a great time here, I recommend it for families as well. There are fantastic hiking spots in the area, but it’s worth being prepared for the many horseflies and taking measures to protect yourself against them.

Our apartment was close to town and the station in Scharnitz. Great for self catering and there is a small supermarket nearby. Very comfortable with a balcony too. Elena , the host, was very attentive and helpful.

Unfortunately we had guests upstairs who played loud music. Soundproofing of the rooms not great. Wifi tended to drop out.

Cosy apartment with extremely comfortable beds and nice staff. Everything was super clean. Nice garden to take a rest in. Beautiful balcony.

The host approached us on the day by Whatsapp to welcome us and thell us what room we would have and where to find the keys in case she wasn't there upon arrival. The place is recently renovated and looks really nice. A breakfast area is in the building but that seems to be still part of the work to be done. The rooms a mini kitchen and there is mini shop inside the gas station nearby with early and late opening times so it's easy to get everything you need yourself. The garden is excellent with plenty of space and lazy chairs to just be out and enjoy only the sound of the stream next to the garden.

The coffee machine didn't work but I guess we were just unlucky because it worked the day before.

The room has planty of space with big windows and good view.

We did not like the room temperature. It was to cold.

It was a lovely apartment for a big family. The host is so friendly and accommodating. The little touches made a huge difference to our stay. We loved the location, close to the slopes and the location was so quiet.

good location, about 10km to the ski field in Seefeld. The hostess is nice, and the room is large for a family.

the only thing that could be mentioned is that the washroom is small, which is not so convenient.

Great location for walks, cross-country skiing and cycling in the Karwendel. Flat impeccably clean, very well equipped and very comfortable for three people (two adults, one child). Very friendly welcome making you feel at home.
