How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not critical at all but the fact there was no a mini fridge seems like a basic thing. There is no option to call from room to reception for asking thing like extra towels. There is no bar with Alcohol or spirits only roof top restaurant at the evenings . Only a small Cafe that closed at 9 pm. No draught beer… Staff is good and willing to help whenever needed but they could smile more…
Very good hotel, excellent value for money. Very clean and convenient, we took a family room on floor 1, we had a good night sleep every night and breakfast was great also. I’ll definitely recommend for this hotel. Just one minute walk from U train and Prater park so location is absolutely amazing.

A couple of small cons: the shower design is a bit odd, and the water easily spills under the door. Also, if you need to leave early in the morning, keep in mind that breakfast starts at 8:00. There’s a café open from 7:00, but the waiting time there is usually around 20 minutes.
We stayed at Superbude Wien Prater with kids and really loved it! 🌟 The location is great, close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. There are plenty of parking spots around, which made arriving by car super convenient. The lobby and café are very cozy, with a warm atmosphere that feels welcoming right away. Overall, though, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it for families!

Really comfy mattresses and nice shower. It was pretty warm outside during our stay but the air-conditioning worked great. Cool vibe. USB and power points at the bedside. Fantastic location on the Prater, only 2 minutes walk from Messe train station. Decent soundproofing. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

It was all good. Just notice to clean your room you have to put out a sign, not the other way around.
Short, it was literally on the prater, 3 minutes from the train station. Very cool design. The kids loved it. The roof top resteraunt for breakfast is fantastic too.

Everything is perfect :)
I always stay at Superbude Wien Prater whenever I visit Vienna, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent – right next to a metro station and just a short walk to Prater Park, which makes it easy to explore both the city and enjoy amusement park atmosphere. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and full of character. The design details create such a cool and welcoming atmosphere, and everything feels very thoughtfully put together. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have a unique vibe compared to standard hotels. Overall, it’s the perfect combination of location, style, and hospitality. I can highly recommend Superbude Wien Prater to anyone visiting Vienna, whether for work or leisure.

Rooms were really creative: room decorations and also devices (bed, shower, etc). Breakfast was good- however we did not choose the one they offered, that was a bit expensive, but we had an option to choose another one to buy food separately.

Unusual, stylish and very clean rooms, good location - Prater is just behind the hotel, metro is easily accessible, some restaurants around. Parking is available, possibility to stay with pets (we stayed with cat). Good sound isolation.

It would be nice to have an opportunity to make tea or coffee in the room, as well as clearer instructions on how to sort the trash.
The hotel has a great location – right next to a huge and beautiful park, with lovely spaces around for lunch and relaxation. The room was cozy, modern, nicely designed, and had good sound insulation.

There is none which i did not like. The best experience ever!
Superbude is an absolut top hit. The hotel has an abiance that is unique. The breakfast is rich and the roof top terass with the view of the city is awsome. Staff is lovely, helpful and connecting, rooms are a great design, comfy and fun.

The room information could have been clearer that the shower would be in the shared bedroom area.
The room was perfect for our stay in Vienna. Breakfast was excellent, served on a wonderful terrace with panoramic views of Vienna. The hotel is very close to the metro, making it ideal for quickly reaching all the most beautiful sights of the city, and it's just a few minutes from the amusement park.
