We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazing location, so close to the ski lifts! Very welcoming staff, nice spa, good food. Ms Anita from the reception and staff serving breakfast were particularly friendly and helpful.

SwitzerlandInitially I booked and paid for 1 person, it was possible to add a second person, but I was not informed upfront about the extra costs which costs were quite high in my opinion and only presented at checkout.
The location, the charming looks, the super friendly manager and most of the other personnel (one younger lady at the reception wasn’t very warm and welcoming), the small but very convenient spa with amazing massage chairs, the cozy room and spacious bathroom!
