Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineOverall this is a very nice place! Location - top! Overall easy to get, especially if you are driving but you can also consider inexpensive option of the taxi from the city. They have a very nice restaurant as well that offers quite fine variety of foods and drinks. Recommended, especially during the warm times!

Very clean room, with exceptional view, peaceful and fresh air. We had relaxed walk in the morning with our dog before we had an amazing breakfast. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional at all time. We will definitely stay again.

IsraelWhere do I start? I have never given a bad review, but this is about how you treat customers. not as a cash machine, but as a service provider. You don't want to answer outside of business hours? Its not the business for you. You want guests out of season - be prepared to do the work. First, no kattle or coffee machine, although clearly stated, no bin only in bathroom, no chairs not even a glass, there was broken soap in the only glass in the room. a minibar? Sure. Full, not for your use as a fridge. no hair dryer, 2 hangers- no closet, no real socket near the bed, and most important - nobody to speak to, and you are ordered to only call in emergencies. Fancy shmansy decor, and so uncomfortable - where to begin. Zero consideration for guests, zero communication, the restaurant downstairs, the only place to get any coffee or food opens at 9am - and is a regular business.The place is completely isolated, so you're stuck there and you were counting on the facilities. we asked - there are no rooms with coffee maker of any kind, so its not a mistake. There isn't even a welcome note in the room, just a bunch of warnings. Never got a reply when I wrote, just an automatic message, give us a 10 score. Maybe out of a 100. Don't be fooled by the nice photos. Stay away!

EstoniaWe arrived in Graz fairly late and needed to quickly find accommodation. Our hope was to experience the beauty of Austrian nature, and by chance, we found this place through Booking. We're very happy we decided to stay here for the night. The atmosphere was peaceful and idyllic. We appreciated how helpful and responsive the staff were in addressing our questions. Our room was very clean and cozy, and we truly felt that the staff were attentive and accommodating to our wishes and feedback.
