Limited parking. Position in very close but not IN the town center (it s 300mt walk)

The facility is very recent with rooms that are modern and functional. We booked 2 rooms and the staff gave us adjacent rooms with a connecting door: very useful. Breakfast was excellent but there was non dining. Our room was fitted with a small kitchen+microwave and all the cutlery needed for 4 people. It was a very pleasant stay.

We were upgraded to a bigger room on arrival which was really lovely. The hotel is in a quiet area of town but only 5 mins walk to the centre, main bus terminal and one of the cable cars. 10 mins to train station. Spotlessly clean and we knew and liked the fact that rooms were not cleaned daily. Breakfast was great, every choice you could think of from cereals, fruit, yoghurt, breads, cheeses and cooked. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely return. Despite it being 30+c we found the rooms fine as long as we kept curtains and doors shut in the day.

The male receptionist could be friendlier.

I liked the breakfast and its lactose free options, the sauna and indoor swimming pool. And in the toilet: the Rituals soap, the spray hose, the 3x mirror.

The only negative was that the pool didn't feel very hygenic; on some days there seemed to be a lot of hair in the pool! Not sure if the filters might need looking at.

Breakfast was good, including vegetarian and dairy-free milk options and a vegan cake option. It was great having a small pool to relax in. Good location - near the lido and lake, a short walk from town centre and the city xpress cable car, and short walk to the bus stop to get to other nearby cable cars and mountains. Inclusion of the summer card was brilliant, didn't need to pay for public transport, cable cars or access to the lido. Room was very clean. Beds comfy.

Everything was great, room is clean, and you can find everything you need, breakfast is great, the interance also include some free hot drinks and you can have a very nice sit there at anytime, also staff were very friendly, helpful and kind.. A recommended place!

No air conditioning in the hotel which is not clear at the time of booking. Female front desk staff. Not helpful at all. Room cleaning with extra charges (30 euro)

Parking is a problem. But not only of this hotel. It's a problem of the whole city. The gym in the hotel is pretty small and poorly equipped.

Modern hotel with all necessary amenities. The personnel is top and professional. The breakfast is wonderful! Good verity of food and drinks. I can refer this hotel to one of the cleanest I have ever visited. Very quiet place, although the train line is close. The wellness center is small but clean and comfortable.
