Very nice looking hotel in a quiet area, beautiful rooms and a delicious breakfast, I don’t think I’ve seen such a wide selection elsewhere. I particularly liked the spirulina smoothie. The pool is very nice as well, perfect to unwind after walking so much during the day. You can take the tram or walk around 15 minutes to the closest subway station.

The shower drain was clogged On cover of mattress was dark stain which was visible through sheet On the day of arrival I gave my card for blocking deposit and then I was charged at night during my stay with different amounts total around 2 days stay After I came to reception they said it was mistake and money will return It returned in two days, but what if I rely on this amount on my card

We ate at the restaurant and were a little surprised at how high the prices were. On top of that, we were unaware that there was a “seating charge” per person at 4,50€. We ended up not booking the breakfast, because we felt that 34€ per person to be quite expensive. The food, service & atmosphere were amazing though). Besides that, I went down to use the sauna facilities & the Finnish sauna hadn’t been turned on & the other sauna wasn’t at the right temperature (this was at 11-1130am - sauna & pool opens at 10am!) It would have been great to have somewhere to relax/lay down after using the sauna (Ruhe Bereich).

An incredibly we designed and beautiful hotel - I particularly enjoyed the sauna & pool facilities and I found our room to be comfortable & well cleaned. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and and sheets were incredibly soft!

I couldn’t find a fault if I tried

The location is awesome. It’s close to many popular attractions. You can get public transportation close to the hotel, or you could just walk if the weather is nice. There is a supermarket close by. They have a very good breakfast buffet. It’s worth the upgrade to get breakfast. The hotel is very clean, and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious.

Everything was perfect.

Very stylish and comfortable hotel. The room was pristine, spacious and had everything we needed. Nice and quiet location close to Belvedere and 20 minutes on foot to the city centre. The hotel has a very convenient undergraound parking for those travelling by car. Very nice pool 😊 The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Swimming pool very small for the number of people. Only one bottle of water between 2 guests. Seemed a bit penny pinching - they wanted to charge us €10 to borrow an ice bucket and 3 glasses.

The hotel was located in an incredible building, beautifully refurbished and exceptionally clean. The location was just outside the centre but within easy walking distance of the city. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was a high standard.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and relaxing, and the facilities were excellent.

We stayed 7 nights and were charged 50euro per night as a deposit. This amounted to 350 alongside the cost of the weeks stay.This money took two days after our stay finished to return to our account.This is not a problem but we were not aware of this at the time of booking.

The building is absolutely beautiful and historic. Only around a 15 min walk from centre.Extremely safe area.Rooms are divine and cleaning standards are exemplary. Loved the garden.
