It was noisy to sleep because of the cars - when you open the window, you look out onto the road. (Overall, this is not a problem when you have your own earplugs.) There is a shared kitchen with a shared refrigerator and stove. Shared toilet and shower. The vintage fan was covered in vintage dust.

The rooms are creatively decorated and very original. The price was the cheapest possible option for accommodation not far from the centre. The three of us stayed in a room with three beds. The location is convenient. Clean bed and clean towels.

As there are no toilets in bedrooms, all guests use a communal toilet on each floor and my bedroom was right next to it - it made for disturbed sleep with the door banging open and shut.

The Keep was right by the river and a very easy walk both into town and to the train station. The room was quirky and fun and I liked the eco elements. The kitchen was small but well equipped and very clean.

No reception. Locker room only available until 14.30, as that is the time when your code expires. We were travelling by train on the afternoon of our check out day so we could not leave our luggage there and we had to pay extra in another hotel to keep our luggage. Hot during summer. There is a fan but not enough.

The bedrooms are very cool with the wooden design. Location is between the train station and the city center, so quite good as well if tou are travelling by train.

The building is right next to a railway line and a busy road. In hot weather we needed the windows open to stay comfortable (no air con) and this made the room extremely noisy. Sleep was not easy. A hen party were also in residence and they were chatting loudly till 2 am in the outdoor space right outside of our window. This isn’t the hotels fault of course. We also booked a family room with a shower but what was not clear was that there was no toilet in the room - this was down the corridor. It may have been in the small print somewhere but should have been clearer. The place has the feel of a hostel rather than a hotel.

Good location, great communication beforehand, very responsive. Room was quirky and spacious. Nice relaxed vibe.

It did not seem the cleanest. It was also very hot. The bathroom was quite poorly designed to be a shared bathroom, water goes everywhere.

Decent facilities, luggage storage, easy to check in. A short walk into town and close to public transport.

It can be tricky at night because it is so close to the road and it is not difficult to be disturbed by the noise of cars and trains.

The location is great, close to the main railway station and the bus stop that leads to the old town, where most of the attractions are located. The supermarket is also nearby.

Nothing to complain about!

The ethos of the hostel was brilliant and the room size was really good. We had a room with a shower which made it really convenient. Loved the fact there was a washer and dryer at the hostel meaning I could sort out my clothes for the next leg of my trip. Kitchen was clean and tidy.

Not 100% clean but again not awful or uncomfortable - but room for improvement. As there are no staff at reception or anywhere at the property, if we were to encounter any issues I would worry how to resolve them?

Loved the unique theme of the room and treehouse style bunk beds. Location was good - approx 10 min walk into the centre and close to supermarkets. Kitchen and washing facilities available.

The check in system. It has so many rooms here it was interesting finding your way to your room like a maze. Communal facilities eg kitchen and lounge all good .

Room was small. One uncomfortable chair for 2 people. WiFi was mostly poor with only one able to access it at a time. Breakfast (not included) seemed rather expensive and considering size of room and lack of comfort I consider the price was exhorbitant.

The location was superb, easy to locate beside the river, walking distance of old city and beside an excellent bakery. Check-in was very easy and storage most useful.

I only found two hair dryer in the building, though I didn't really need to wait. I wish there will be mats in the room so I can get my feet dry after a shower.

The location was good, easy to get to the attractions. The bathrooms were always clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything a traveller might need (a freezer added will make it perfect).

The room we got is extremely small for three guests. In order to use the shared toilet/bathroom from our room you needed to go up and down a flight of stairs.

The stay here was not expensive.
