Very fresh, urban, colorful. Nice slide concept from the lobby to the underground floor, kids loved it. And staff was super nice. Only wish the room was slightly bigger especially that we had many suitcases.

The bathroom in the double room has a glass shower! This can be pretty awkward if you're travelling with your family. Thankfully, the staff was very accommodating and switched our rooms upon request, with a "normal" bathroom with a wooden door.

The hotel is really special, with a lot of opportunities for playing games or studying and working. It's very modern and fun, especially suited for young people. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.

Our room was next door to a community kitchen but they didn’t allow us access to cook our meals.

It was a perfect location for us (in general has the tram and grocery across the street as well). Staff happily assisted by storing our cold items in the refrigerator. Lots of room to work or play. Participated in a yoga class and it was very good. Overall, a good experience.

I found it odd that the shower door was mostly see through with some fog on the glass but not covering the entire thing. The location is like a 25-minute walk from the center whcih is definitely worth knowing.

The rooms were clean, bed was very big and very comfortable and the shower was great. Staff was helpful and is a nice chilled atmosphere in the lobby, especially for young people. excellent value for money.

Everything was fine, nothing to share here.

It was so hip and fun, staff was really nice, breakfast was very good - they even had glutenfree bread and milk alternatives like soy milk. I really enjoyed that. The Hotel was literally in a 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station. Just perfect. I can totally recommend it.

The room was clean and cozy and met our expectations. The underground is 10 minutes on foot from the Social Hub, and from there you can reach all the main Vienna attractions. Moreover, you can also find very good cafés in the surroundings. The staff was always kind and polite. We didn't have much time to explore the whole facility, but in the basement, you can also find a gym and some pool tables!

The hotel has a self service system where you get what you want and then pay for it. However, on my first day I wasn't really sure of how the system worked, so when arriving from a day exploring the city, I got an ice cream and started looking for where I could pay for it. As I couldn't find it, I thought I would be charged for it during check out (which was totally fine) and went to my room. When I entered the elevator though, a security guard came yelling at me saying that I couldn't go and that I had to pay for it now. There were other people in the elevator and I felt really embarrassed by the way I was treated. I got so shocked that I couldn't even complain, I looked for someone who could charge me for the ice cream then went back to my hotel trying to understand what had just happened. I understand it was a rule, but the way the situation was conducted by the security guard was totally disproportional. I'm a black woman who was traveling solo for the first time and I definitely didn't feel comfortable by the way I was treated by this one man, as if I was trying to steal a 5 euro ice cream. Other than this episode, my stay was great! I just felt I had to express how I felt so that the hotel might want to train their staff regarding how they treat the hotel guests.

The hotel is super cute and I did enjoy my stay there. There is this cool and young vibe with really nice decoration and friendly staff. Location is not super central, but I was able to walk pretty much everywhere, and there was also a metro station really close. I paid for breakfast one day and it was really delicious!

The location is amazing. It’s very close to the main subway station and makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. The breakfast was amazing. Really all you can want in the breakfast and all you can eat. The room itself was very clean and had everything I needed I used the laundry room, which was great and best of all it was free. The hotel itself is very modern and takes a bit of getting used to but once you do you’ll love it. The check-in and checkout process were very quick and simple. It was a great experience overall.

Unfortunately the drain in the shower of the first room was not working properly. Fortunately the staff was really, really helpful in moving me to another room immediately. Great work and very customer friendly!

The ceilings in the loft-style room don't look very nice, it feels like you're in a room that hasn't been renovated after a flood. Price for water on the first floor is more expensive than at the airport ((

In general nice hotel with automatic features like check-in. Modern design in the hotel, enough space for people in the common area, pretty good place to stay. Breakfast also good.

Only few comments: 1) curtains require vacuuming (really easy to notice the dust on black surface) and 2) glass see through door for the shower.

Love the check-in system and smart cards, humour everywhere in signs on the walls, pragmatic, comfortable and cozy room fit in, coffee and tea with daily repositioning, the view (we were on 7th floor on the facade side), the location and proximity to Prater (was an evening bonus to go to the attractions park).
