The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. At the reception there were free hot drinks(the coffee was reallyyy good). Moreover the location was excellent, just a short walk to the city center- there is no need to use public transportation. However, the best part of our stay was having Nicolas at the front desk. We have never met anyone as helpful as him. He went beyond our expectations to make our stay perfect, by helping us with earlier check in and allowing us to leave our baggage after check out. His positive attitude was infectious and he immediately made us feel welcomed. Staying there was a fantastic experience, and it wouldnt be possible without Nicolas excellent service:)

There is a washing machine on the property but the dryer didn’t really work properly.

The wi-fi was not working for most of my stay, but I have been here before and I know this is not typical.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had a sink, tea kettle, cutlery, plates and a very cozy bed. The location is awesome.

More than 1 key to access room separately would have been better as at night there was a locked external access door which meant you could not get to the room to knock on the door to be let in

The room is very small for family. Because of the room shape there isn’t enough space for living.

Comfortable room you can even cook has all kitchen ware needed Tea making facility and you get coffee from downstairs walkable to city center excellent communication easy to find We parked in nearby garage which is walkable only 5 mins away Apartment have discounted 24 hour rate for this garage Staff communucative and friendly

The apartment has a great location, you can walk to many of the landmarks in Vienna. The lady at reception was really friendly, she showed us everything and answered all our questions. I really liked the option to do our laundry while there and the possibility to have a nice espresso in the courtyard in the morning. We loved it and will be visiting again!

Great location with Trams / buses near by. The Apartment is a huge size and even better than the pictures on line. The TV is well equipped with Netflix and channels Beautiful bathroom with all the toiletries The staff were amazing We had an issue with our fridge and it was fixed very quickly

We had another great stay here. I love that we’re walking distance from so many sites, but can still be in a quiet neighborhood, have our own kitchen and so many shops nearby. The staff are so accommodating and kind. When we come back to Vienna we will stay here again

The apartment is huge, the kitchen has all needed facilities for a short stay. Nescoffee and tea were available in the apartment and in the reception. Only 200 meters away from the Rathaus! It was clean and very quiet. The reception is not 24/7, but you can call the staff by phone. Very near to huge supermarkets, shops, caffeteries, subway. Recommend!
