The gentleman working at the desk was very polite and helpful from the moment we arrived. We arrived hours before the allocated check-in time, and he informed us that he would look for availability and proceeded to check us in straightaway. Nothing was too much bother, and was very helpful with recommendations throughout our stay.

Everything else. Not what I expected.

No AC in the room. We kept the the windows open in night but we hade tobacco smoke in the room from the open yard.

Excellent service and very clean.

The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. At the reception there were free hot drinks(the coffee was reallyyy good). Moreover the location was excellent, just a short walk to the city center- there is no need to use public transportation. However, the best part of our stay was having Nicolas at the front desk. We have never met anyone as helpful as him. He went beyond our expectations to make our stay perfect, by helping us with earlier check in and allowing us to leave our baggage after check out. His positive attitude was infectious and he immediately made us feel welcomed. Staying there was a fantastic experience, and it wouldnt be possible without Nicolas excellent service:)

It’s a great location, a walk away from many beautiful sites, great transport links, not too far from the central station Food options nearby and especially good vegan restaurant 2 minute walk away. It was alright value for the money paid

Room didn’t seem like the pictures, it was too small for 5 people, very crowded. We didn’t feel like we got what we were advertised in the photo. Lift is incredibly small, could not a fit a buggy, and a bit dodgy. Could have better ventilation in the rooms - very stuffy

Very comfortable for 4 people , beds were very comfortable and the apartment itself is really clean. Location was good.

There is a washing machine on the property but the dryer didn’t really work properly.

Please be warned No AC. The room was boiling hot. We got a fan but it was not sufficient.. Does not look like what is advertised. On tbe +ve side the staff was courteous. But could.not help..

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had a sink, tea kettle, cutlery, plates and a very cozy bed. The location is awesome.

The wi-fi was not working for most of my stay, but I have been here before and I know this is not typical.

Great location and quiet street

More than 1 key to access room separately would have been better as at night there was a locked external access door which meant you could not get to the room to knock on the door to be let in
