A slight odor of old cigarette smoke in the room, but not that bad.

Incredible staff and very service oriented. We were welcomed with a welcome drink even though we were severel hours early. Very comfortable rooms and the spa area was amazing. It was also the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had.

No coffee Maker No AC No Iron device The bathroom had separate hot and cold faucets at the sink making it hard to get a comfortable temperature. This became especially inconvenient when washing baby items and cleaning frequently during the day. Price is kind expensive for view room

We returned to the Tirolerhof thirty years after coming here for our honeymoon and were delighted to be given such a warm welcome. We began to relax immediately. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. After a walk in the mountains we enjoyed a swim in the hotel and and the hotel bar was very inviting. Breakfast was fab. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel staff were very professional. Our thanks to the whole team.

The staff were wonderful right from walking through the door on arrival. We were Bed and Breakfast and ate out most nights there were plenty of restaurants. We did eat in the hotel one evening and the dinner was superb. Breakfast was excellent and offered everything you could possibly think of including eggs cooked to order. The swimming pool was lovely and generally everything seemed to have been carefully thought of throughout the hotel. Everywhere was immaculately clean and we had a very large room with all the usual requirements provided.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Very impressed with the comfortable room, and the swimming pool and sauna area. Enjoyed hiring bikes from the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Grateful that parking for car and motorbike was sorted.

We liked everything about this hotel.

At breakfast, the range and quality of food available was fantastic. There was a chef there every day to make an omelette to your taste as well. The room was luxury, complete with a fridge, wooden beams overhead, and superb balcony views of both mountains and the lake. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our week's stay.

Not really a criticism but the decor in the reception area and bar was a little flowery and ornate for my taste. However, it was in the ski resort/Austrian style.
