When we received my son’s phone (by post), which was discovered in the room by housekeeping staff after check-out, we were impressed by its ingenious and thoughtful package. It’s highly appreciated.

United StatesAbsolutely phenomenal - the BEST ski vacation ever!! - right at the slopes - clean big pools with warm water, spa for adults - outdoor heated pool where we look at ski slopes - clean rooms - breakfast had a huge variety of options - dinner: 5 course meals, excellent and interesting choices. - dinner: option to skip 5 course meals for cheese or meat fondue. We did the meat option and had a great experience - staff: very friendly, always helpful - ski rooms have heated dryers for boots - play and fun area for the kids WOW. We love this place and be back :-)

United Kingdompoor planning with rooms. both of our rooms were interconnecting rooms but not with other members of our family. our kids are older 13 ahs 18 so close is better but the room didn't need to be connected. with a hotel filled with kids this seemed sub optimal.
food was generally really good, the hotel seemed overfull with more children than in previous years (this is our 3rd time staying). breakfast on some days was chaos.

Fantastic hotel and staff, great facilities, very good half-board options and ski-in/ski-out with a handy chairlift just a few yards from the front door.

United KingdomMy only complaints were: the curtains in both of the rooms were too small to properly cover the windows. They need two extra panels adding either side and some black out material to aid better sleep. The kids food menu needs expanding; we were on half board and there was not a lot to choose from for the kids dining there every night. Could do with other kids things like burgers (which you have on the adult lunch menu) etc. would be helpful too to have the same for a kids room service menu Other than that, a perfect stay!
Loved the whole property. Can’t wait to come back.

GermanyIt is really personal preference but the food was hit and miss as it was more French influenced and a bit of gourmet style.
Very luxurious and specious hotel. We got lucky and got an upgraded room with mountain view. The bed was on the very soft side. The location is great, right next to the cable card and ski slopes, just 20m walking. The service was very good as well, we got a welcome drink which was a nice touch. The SPA was very good with couple of saunas, olympic sized indoor pool and the amazing outdoor infinity pool. There was a parking for the car in front of the hotel. The ski equipment could be left downstairs where every room has its own locker and slot.

It was just perfect! Perfect location, on the piste. The hotel is 5 stars, offering everything you may desire: it is very nice and luxurious (room was top, wellness and (outdoor)pool are very good and relaxing; food (breakfast and diner) was excellent). The staff is professional and very helpful. I was lucky as I got an free room update and the possibility for an early check in as well as a late check out. I enjoyed every minute in the hotel and I certainly will go back.
