Breakfast was ok, plenty of wasps on the terrace. We used the terrace for breakfast due to the dog.

I had to pay an additional fee for parking because the hotel uses the city's underground parking. I was not much - 8 euros, but it is not clearly stated in the hotel's profile.

The hotel is located at the rim of the pedestrian zone of the city center. The location is excellent for sightseeing but not so much for driving. The room was good size and very quiet. The bathroom was spacious. There was even a bathtub. The staff was friendly. The parking was accessible.

Breakfast was very pricey as was car parking if you plan to go in and out rather than park up the whole day. I also didn’t love that the smoking area was right outside the front entrance so you frequently had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get into the hotel.

As a bad point: the hotel lacks a good air conditioner, especially in hot days, only a small ventilator in the room and the building air conditioning is not working.

Room wasn't automatically serviced. It appears that you have to turn the do not disturb sign around, to please service my room! Better idea would be to service all rooms, unless they say do not disturb! I then needed to request fresh towels from reception. The man didn't have them to hand and told me he'd get them to me for the following morning, but I wanted to shower that evening! He eventually organised it! I was travelling with a six year old. No towels were provided for him!

Great Location for old town. Parking underneath the hotel. I didn't need the car for the whole weekend, as everything I wanted to do was within walking distance. During the hot weather, extra fan was in room.

Everything was perfect besides the TV, it didn‘t hve Smart feauture so no netflix etc.

I liked the decor and the parking spots, also very comfy bed and a mini fridge.

towels were very dirty like already used. (dust and hair) bed was not comfortable, it would be nice if it's renewed. there is ventilator instead of air conditioner, can be difficult for hot summer time

We stayed as rest stop location during our long drive. Late check-in possibility is very nice (was until 4 am, confirmed by calling reception) There is a parking garage right under the hotel. (10 Euro per stay)

The receptionist also had to run the bar, which was on the other side of the foyer, and sometimes it was impossible for him to manage both. We were a party of 10 and one evening we ordered a round of drinks, but gave up after 3/4 of an hour as he was still dealing with people at reception.

The Steaks Restaurant at the hotel was excellent - unfortunately it was closed for 2 nts of our 3 nt stay, and not everything on the menu was available the evening we did go there. However, the pepper steak was delicious! Underground hotel car parking was good with plenty of space, and the hotel was right next to the Old Town with plenty of bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although a bit dated and no air con so quite warm.

No air conditioning in the rooms so have to have the window open. Church bells going off at 6am in the morning for around 4-5 minutes every morning and through out the day on every quarter of an hour. The Church is in close proximity of the hotel, so ear plugs advisable. Otherwise ok.

The staff are friendly. The rooms are good and adequate for a few days stay. Fridge in the room which was good for storing breakfast items from the local supermarket. Hotel on the edge of the town centre and local cafés, bars and restaurants. Easy to get around. Hotel around 15 minutes walk from the main train station and a 5 minute walk to the bus station.
