We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaAlthough the house has everything necessary, the condition is not very good. The kettle and the coffee machine have a lot of limescale, so it’s impossible to make tea or coffee. The drain in the bathtub doesn’t work well, and the towels are not new and have a bit of a strange smell.

IndiaThe heating was extremely bad. We were cold the whole time. This was unacceptable. Everything was turned off, including heating and wifi. I don't know WHY!!! The blankets and sheets did not smell fresh. I don't know if it was mentioned in the advertisement, but we were expecting a shower gel which was surprisingly missing.
The view from the apartment is great! The apartment is spacious and can easily host 5 guests.

Czech RepublicGreat apartment, huge enough for the whole family. Fully equiped kitchen and beautifull view over the Traunsee. We found the apartment and keys very easy. Comunication with the host was always quick and proactive. Walking distance to the public swimming area. Very good place to explore beauty of Salzkammergut region. We really recommend TraunseeBlick for family holiday or even for the weekend!!
