The room was a little bit old-school in comparison to the rest of the hotel. Still a very decent room.

The Spa area with a new view on the lake and the option to jump in the cold water, and the whole location of the hotel are amazing. The same goes for the the seated dinner and breakfast buffet. It was absolutely great!

Some downsides: the parking garage isn’t free and it’s very tight (we scratched our car :D). Also, not everything is translated to English, and some staff didn’t speak it well. The spa could be better with some fresh fruit, iced water, and maybe a nicer bar.

The location is absolutely amazing, with gorgeous views that made our stay feel extra special. I celebrated my birthday here and stayed for two nights. To my surprise, the hotel reserved a breakfast table for me and gifted a bottle of wine with sweets. What a thoughtful gesture! It truly made my day. :) We chose not to dine at the hotel in the evening, as the dinner options didn’t quite appeal to us. However, breakfast was decent, with good vegetarian choices available. The spa was a highlight, especially the whirlpool. I loved that the hotel has its own private entrance to the lake; the water was incredibly refreshing. The saunas were well-maintained, though I felt a bit uncomfortable with the nudity. Just a cultural difference, I suppose. Both the indoor/outdoor pool was excellent. The room was a bit outdated but had its own charm. It lacked a kettle and coffee/tea setup, but when I asked for a kettle to make my morning coffee, the staff provided one without any hassle.

The room was the best I have ever stayed in. The junior suite was superb. The views were incredible the staff, food, and facilities were top notch. I would go back tomorrow.

They do not provide tea , coffee , Nescafe in each rooms They do not provide a tourists cards for free ride like cruise ship and train like some other states like ( Zell am see and Kaprun )

The food at dinner varied from excellent to average to below average. Certain staff members at reception could be more helpful and friendly.

One thing to note is that the hotel does not offer free parking. Also, I hope that in the future, bidets or handheld shower sprays can be added in the bathrooms to better accommodate guests from different cultural and religious backgrounds.

The hotel staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. Thanks for the warm hospitality and the wonderful stay. I will come back and stay in this place

Although the meals were delicious, on the half board al a carte menu for main course, there were only 3 choices and one of those was vegetarian, a few more choices would have been nice.

location was perfect, right on the lake with own private jetty to swim from, and just a few mins walk from the Karwendel cable car. Breakfast was vast with something to suit everyone and breakfast can be enjoyed in a dining area right at the lakes edge, evening meals where delicious we stayed on a half board deal. Room was spacious with balcony over looking the mountains, very nice indeed. we hired some bikes from the hotel and followed a route into the mountains recommended by the staff Spa and wellness facilities were superb and all included

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist added a personal touch that enhanced our stay. We opted for the half-pension option, and the meals were absolutely delicious! Both breakfast and dinner were flavorful and satisfying, showcasing a variety of tasty dishes that catered to different preferences.The private garden and spa were a highlight of our stay. We loved the unique experience of being able to swim from our building to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. It was a warm and relaxing way to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Overall, the Aja Hotel provided a memorable and enjoyable getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing !

Coffee/ tea in the room would make our stay better. . The check-in process was a little slow, and the initially offered room had a limited view. We requested and received a room change.

Timing restrictions in check-in and check out. after check out at 11 am, can't use the pool area unless you're paying extra !! Half board dinner options are limited and non convenient in comparison to the other dishes in the regular menu.. I would rather pay for my dinner separately instead of the half board option.
