The following, by no means, diminished the enjoyment of our stay, but it would be great if it was improved. There were no hooks for hand towels in either the bathroom or the toilet room, which was very inconvenient. Also, the trash cans in the bathroom and toilet room are so small we had to request extra trash bags during a 4 night stay, since no one told us that you just put the trash can outside your unit door and it will be changed for you. Also, it is inconvenient that there are no extra pool towels in the pool area. So if you forget your towel in the room or your towel is soaking wet and you need a dry one for the next day, you need to go to customer service every time. The towel bar dryer only works for a few hours in the evening, so if you have a lot of wet clothes from the pool, they will most likely not dry out.

The resort is amazing! Loved all the amenities, hikes, and attractions. The breakfast was worth it all! The breakfast is at the resort restaurant and is a little bit of a walk regardless if you are staying in the chalets or hotel room. But it is a very enjoyable walk! Upon reading reviews by other guests, I took the advice to get the Pyhrn-Priel ActiveCard, and I was so glad I did! It is so convenient to use the gondolas, but we would pay so much if we didn't have the card. Also, the road to the hotel is a toll road, so if you don't have the card, you're paying 14€ every time. The card can not be bought. You need to message the host after booking to request it. Also, there are a lot of attractions you have access to with this card, and this card is accessed through an app where all the nearby attractions are listed. Be sure to use the gondola that goes down to Hinterstoder as you get to see beautiful views that you dont get to see when driving down with a car. The staff at the resort was very friendly and helpful. The resort restaurant was great but we went there once as the menu is not that big. There are other restaurants on the mountain and a few more down in the valley. Check the reservation requirements and closing times as they close early. Spa was nice, with different options such as the steam room, dry sauna, quiet room, biosauna, and massage room, but it is for 16 years and older and is a clothes free zone. There is an indoor parking garage you can reserve for a fee or an outdoor parking area that does not need a reservation. Do not make a request for parking if you are not planning to park in the garage or you will be charged for it. We enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely come back but for longer as some attractions are only available on certain days/times like farm tours.

Hard to get to and there wasn’t the usual room service and help with luggage you would expect at their prices. Housekeeping only comes if you and can be charged.

Spa cleanliness should improve a little bit (wet slippery floor) and the water dispenser was often empty.

It is a modern hotel tastefully decorated, spacious room, fully equipped kitchenette with Nespresso machine. Very nice spa and a little gym. Wide choice of products for breakfast.

The only suggestion I have for improvement is the lighting in the rooms. At times, it feels dark; the lights are ambient but do not provide adequate illumination.

The sauna area is not well separated from the normal pool area where children are allowed until 6pm. It is quite loud during the day and children also go into the spa area.

Great views, modern and well designed interior. The rooms are very stylish and luxurious. The breakfast is very good and the staff friendly. The dinner in the restaurant is also good.

I rate the number of sunbeds by the pool as inconvenient. The hotel can accommodate around 150 - 200 quests at full capacity, but there are only 18 sunbeds by the pool. When it’s a lovely day and people return from hikes, only a few lucky ones find a spot by the pool. However, the pool and the opportunity to lie down and look at the mountains are amazing

The location of the hotel is beautiful with luxurious view of the mountains, and it is a very quiet place. The rooms are modern and clena, and the staff was always very willing to help with anything.

No proper arrangement for parking left us to park at the garage without knowing its cost extra. The dinner can be improved but the breakfast was excellent. Had a problem with shower head (was fixed on the day after I told the reception)

A newly built hotel, very modern and thoughtfully designed. We rented a chalet—a small, two-story house equipped with a sauna, kitchen, artificial fireplace, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a huge spacious living room. The reception and staff, in general, were very friendly and helpful. We did encounter some issues with the drain spigot in the bathroom, but it was fixed quickly and with good humor. However, I would recommend replacing this type of spigot as its design is rather unusual, i would say even strange. The area around the hotel is a paradise for skiing enthusiasts. Words can’t do it justice—you really have to see it for yourself. The hotel is situated at an elevation of 1,400 meters, ensuring plenty of snow even when it’s raining in the valley. However, you’ll need chains to drive up there, as the road can be tricky with snow and ice. Breakfast was excellent, though it’s served in another building about a 5-minute walk away. The walk, however, is a pleasant one with breathtaking mountain views, so there’s no reason to complain. The restaurant staff could improve table management, as tables for 4–6 were sometimes occupied by just two guests—though they were likely enjoying the mountain views with their morning coffee. The InterSport shop on-site provides all the ski equipment you might need, with friendly staff and reasonable prices. We also tried the skiing school for our 8-year-old daughter. While I’m not sure if the group lessons were worth the cost, the private lesson made a significant difference. To sum up in a few words: this is truly a snow paradise!

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, largely thanks to Aslan, who worked at the reception. He was incredibly professional, kind, and always available to assist with any request or question I had. I truly felt that he cared about the guests and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Exceptional service like this is rare, and Aslan definitely made my stay much better. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

The only downside of the apartment were the lights which were too dim (some rooms could not be well lit). Also, walking to the hotel restaurant was not so comfortable when it was raining or snowing.

Wonderful new hotel, very comfortable and well-furbished apartment with a great view, nice spa/pool/sauna area.... and overall fabulous stay and experience. Also it is great that one gets Active Cards which can be used for free gondola rides and other attractions.
