We truly appreciate your comments and would like to address some of the concerns raised: Ski Cellar: We would like to clarify that, as mentioned in previous communications, we do not advertise the ski cellar as being lockable and monitored. If you had any concerns about the cellar, we encourage you to report them immediately so that we can address them as quickly as possible. Maintenance Issues: We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the shower, sink, and bath door. However, as stated in our previous emails, we rely on guests to report any maintenance issues during their stay so that we can resolve them promptly. We have not received any reports from you during your stay, which would have allowed us to address these problems. Apartment Capacity and Comfort: The apartment is designed for 6 people, and we ensure that the pictures displayed on our listing accurately reflect the condition and layout. We have never had any complaints about the apartment’s comfort, and the pictures are true representations of the space provided. We understand that comfort preferences can vary, but we feel the apartment is suitable for the number of guests specified. We take all guest feedback seriously and aim to offer a comfortable stay for all of our guests. We hope that, despite these issues, you were able to enjoy your time in the area. Es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn Sie uns darüber informiert hätten, dass das Problem weiterhin bestand. Was die Einrichtung des Appartements betrifft, würden wir gerne mehr darüber erfahren, was Ihnen gefehlt hat.
