The place in Solden is a paradise for bike riders and highkers. The hotel is on the main road close to bars , shops etc The room, superior was large with a sofa for relaxing, The pool is quite big and clean, the sauna as well

The food, as we are vegetarian and took with dinner, we were quite dissapointed from the main course, very simple and even not tasty I think that one can find vegie selection outside the hotel,but not sure.

Great location, secure underground parking, drying room and Harry a very helpful gentleman on the front desk.

Wellness Area, general location in Sölden and breakfast

From 6:30 in the morning until approximately 21:30 there is a constant noise in the room I stayed that most probably comes from the extraction system of the kitchen.

Pool and sauna area are great. The location is perfect also, on main street close to gondolas and restaurants and sports shops

They overcharged us. We booked first night with booking.com and the bill stated approx. 245 euro instead of 189 euro (on booking.com booking) for that first night. We then extended our stay directly with the hotel for another 2 nights for agreed rate of 160 euro for each of the additional 2 nights. The total invoice was 616 euro - so about 205 euro per night. Even if we deduct 10 per night for the garage and tourist tax this doesnt add up. I didnt challenge the invoice at the time of checking out - that is my fault, the invoice had many items and was at first confusing as it had each night divided up with my kid and me. So in conclusion they overcharged us, particularly the booking.com first night and this is not acceptable. I paid it regardless and only analyzed the invoice after we left. I recommend travellers be careful about the invoice from this hotel

Staff was awesome, the hotel has all the support that you need if you are a skier or mtb-er. From parking, storage , location, the staff and especially the sauna - everything is ACE !

Helpfulness & kindness of the staff, especially the nice lady at the reception. Breakfast was great and the sauna was excellent !

Great location in the town, really clean hotel and great value for money. The pool and steam rooms were a great little bonus when we had some rainy weather. Breakfast was really good and plenty of choice.

Missing fridge, sometimes bad internet connection. Missing kettle to boil tea and kitchen utencils.

Easy parking. Easy dinner with no pirouettes made to get good food.

A bot far from the ski lifts. Bus transport to lifts was conveniently in front of the door but bus is always a bus. There is a funicular next door but it is slow so develops a queue. Coming back from the slopes it is possible to reach very close to the hotel.

Good location, standard Austrian breackfast, amazing dinner. Excelent spa area, nice swimming pool. Nice deluxe room.

Small garage, dificult to acces with elevator parts of the building, small swimming pool if hotel is full.
