Very nice location, decor, beds/furniture/bathroom. The bicycle storage was very modern and well thought out. In the evenings you can sit outside in the courtyard, the hotel has a vending machine with various drinks and snacks. The breakfast was phenomenal and they have a very attentive and friendly team/staff to assist. Price is a little higher than usual for us but it was well worth it!!!

The interior of the hotel is beautiful, and the room was very comfortable, clean and well designed. The staff was great, as always, and the breakfast was very good. The location was perfect for my needs, between the city centre and the university.

It's hard to think of anything that could have been better.

The room was comfortable and quiet; the breakfast buffet and coffee and cooked-to-order eggs were all perfect. The location was a convenient 5 min walk from the Steiner Tor.

Wi-Fi was terrible which used a mobile hot-spot which I was unable to connect using my iPad. Hotels in Germany and Austria have open ended shower stalls that get the floors wet. I wish they would use curtains or doors.

Rooms without air conditioning. We were there during heat wave in August and it wasn't very pleasant. It would be also nice if the hotel had at least a bar to buy some drinks during the day and in the evening. It has quite nice terrace/garden for sitting outside but no drinks... And it can be difficult to find a working store in Austria to buy anything on Sundays or holidays...

The hotel is in a very good location, very good base for exploring the Wachau region. Safe and quiet area of the town, walking distance to town center. Private parking, although not very big, but lots of public parking available nearby (paying though). The hotel is in a very good condition, everything very clean. Very kind owners and staff. Breakfast OK.

We had a very nice welcome from Stephanie when we arrived after a long bike ride along the Danube. Stephanie took the time to show us where we were on a map, recommend restaurants and even made us a drink. Breakfast was really good and served in a lovely dining room. The hotel provided safe storage for our bikes.

Coffee machine or Keetle in the room

Disappointed that there was not a coffee maker in the room or a kettle for coffee or tea. I used the coffee machine near the breakfast room and I was charged for the coffee. Also I was told that if I take a tea bag I will be charged, then I didn’t. In my opinion this is called a lack of hospitability
