It was a little bit west of the city so you have to take trains to get to the city. This is totally fine but I found that you couldn’t walk as much straight from the hostel.

Everything! It was an awesome stay! The staff were great, the people were nice. The hostel had great facilites and was super clean. Felt welcomed and relaxed.

The overall ambience and atmosphere was excellent, excellent staff. Location wise connection is better and property is bit old but people make up with their smile and services. It's one of those hostels which still works for the community and makes life easier

The top bunks are NOT safe. The entire bed moves upon climbing up, and there was a few times I worried it was going to fall on me. In order to safely get up and down, you pretty much have to step on your lower bunk mate’s mattress. There’s dinner provided for 5€, but unfortunately it’s vegan and doesn’t contain sufficient protein—it would just be nice if they had more options.

I was in an all female dorm, and it was quite nice. There was a trivia night while I was there which helped people meet, and breakfasts were pretty social too. There’s a bar but it’s not a party hostel. Staff was friendly and it was easy to meet people.

Need to take metro to see sights. Female staff were incredibly kind but male staff are off-putting and snobby. Kitchen too crowded to cook at dinner time.

It was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. With chill atmosphere, you will have a great time. They have a lovely garden that I enjoyed sitting in and having tea in the morning. It seems far from the central area but there are multiple public transport options and never felt inconvenient to go anywhere. Also a few supermarkets are nearby within walking distance. The facilities are nice and clean, they even have fresh lemonade, which was delicious 🍋

Location not close to center. Fan in 4A made a very annoying repetitive tapping noise. They said they would fix it but didn’t. Drain in shower should be plunged. Doesn’t drain well. The kitchen is crowded but what can you do? Guest fridge needs to be organized somehow. Also no room in freezer. Warn guests with a sign that garden closes at 8 pm. Too bad there is smoking.

A really great hostel with a sense of community. Fun to hang out. Very helpful and caring staff. I had a private room with bathroom in building across the street which was much quieter although a bit isolated.

Private room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and location was near a main subway station, and walkable (depends where but about half ab hour-40 minutes ) to the touristy historic parts. Loved the vibes in the common area in the evening ☺️

At around 2:30 am hear noises that appear to come from upper floor, loud voices and stomping. Although this is not a reflection on the hotel, which has several signs asking not to make parties and noise for the neighborhood, the hotel has no staff during the night, something common in hostels. If someone does not behaves properly, is left to the guests to deal with it.

The hotel has friendly staff, very good facilities and cleanliness is very good. Wifi works well. It is located near Westbanhof metro station, which helps to go to other places around Vienna. It offers food on a bar at reasonable prices. You can cook food and keep cold foods properly labelled on a fridge. Also offers washing facilities.

Poor personal lighting near dorm bed. No elevator access for mobility impaired.

Beautiful, stylish hostel. Clean, comfortable beds, clean, roomy showers, lovely rooms and great common areas. Very quiet garden area.
