Amazing location, quiet & lovely staff.

The location, the room size.

Staff - the staff in the restaurant was very unpleasant (for both, dinner and breakfast. Dinner - I ordered spaghetti Bolognese but I received penne with jus a few pieces of meat and warmed ketchup. Terrible. Breakfast - There were three types of ham available, and they all smelled bad. I've never experienced that anywhere else.

location and the hotel itself is beautiful, not much facilities except for golf course. But the environment, the hotel setup and location is beautiful. worth every penny.

We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet surroundings, far from busy roads and the city, in the middle of a golf resort with a partial view of Mondsee. The silence is truly healing.

There’s not much to criticize. Perhaps we would have appreciated something warm for breakfast, such as sausages, bacon, or frankfurters, and a bit more fruit. That said, it’s worth highlighting positively that baskets of fruit (apples, bananas) are always available in the hotel hallways, which is a lovely touch. And although this is not a wellness hotel, I would recommend considering the addition of a small wellness area in the future—perhaps one or two saunas, a hot tub, or even a small counter-current pool—for guests to relax after a physically active day, such as golfing or cycling.

There were no blinds on the bathroom window and people could see into it. No soap and was not able to contact reception on the day.

We liked the size of the rooms and bathroom, as well as the temperature of the rooms. The view from our room was very pretty. Breakfast is very fresh and has a high variety, and the people working at the hotel are very, very kind. Bed was comfortable and clean. There is parking outside so this was not an issue. The location is fairly close to Salzburg so it was the choice for us to stay because we wanted to include Hallstatt in our trip (this is a good intermediate location!)

Some of the elements in the rooms look a bit old and could use a renovation. Also, we wanted to share a talk with our family in the night and were told that we should do that in a small living room in the second floor, but we were afraid of talking in normal volume because we were surrounded by rooms where there could be guests.

Breakfast was without large variety, but good that you can order freshly cooked eggs in addition to cold cuttings.

Great welcoming staff, beautiful view, cozy room, we could charge our car for free during our stay and the breakfasts was delicious with e.g. fresh warm bread.

There were things laying around on the floor in the restaurant, like water bottles, which should be in a storage room. There was a coffee table just next to the entry door to the balcony with smoking stuff, most probably for the staff, if they want to smoke outside, this could be on a more hidden place.
