The place was clean and nice with good facilities and a nice view at the Grossglockner. The host was very friendly and good in communication. We really enjoyed the stay!

No cellphone network due to the mountains, and no WiFi reception in the apartment. I was cut off from the internet due to these reasons. Secondly, no bath towels were provided, but small hand-towels instead. This may have been in the fine-print, but is quite inconvenient to make do with small towels. I feel that Bath towels are something people take for granted while booking an apartment, and should be provided.

View to Grossglockner and the valley from the patio is amazing. Apartment is just off the Grossglockner high alpine road, but very quiet. Apartment was specious and had a nice vibe

Our apartment in the ground floor had 2nd door to the patio and common garden with couple chairs and table next to it. Which seemed to belong to the flat. When we arrived and opened the patio door there was snow plow parked blocking the entrance. Chairs were blocked by motorbikers drinking beer and loudly talking. When I asked host there was no reaction :-(. The bikers left soon so no problem, but to get out safely on patio I had to move snow plow by myself. Still it was parked in the generally accessible area where kids would be playing. It was stressing me as it was a safety risk, asked host and was told that it was always like this, so should be ok!!! We arrived to the place in July but as it is quite high attitude temperature can get really low in the night. Make sure you take warm pyjamas as in the apartment there was apparently no heating and first night we were really freezing. When I asked the host was told that he was ok, so we should be as well!!!! To be fair the host was a young fellow, I believe son of the main host. I don't think however it should be an excuse. In the same time when apartment is pretty close to Heiligenblut, probably 15min walking distance please be aware that there is no foot path for most of the time and you have to go on the road side. Also is pretty hilly. As I have 3 kids, we always took the car to the center and parked there with no issue.
