The location is directly at a busy road, so it's quite noisy. Generally, it is not a good value for your money, I would expect the price to be about a half of the cost but this it probably what you get so near to Switzerland...

We booked this accommodation because there was nothing else free in Bregenz for the night. After reading the reviews, we actually expected much worse but the room we got was reasonably clean and offered everything it promised.

Nobody told US that the Keys was in the room, i was waiting 30 minutes for an answer about where is It the reception. After that, we found my name wrote in a board with the numbere of the room. The place is a little bit old, and It is very loudy.

Cup was dirty. Middle door could not be locked. It seemed abandonded. The owner wanted an extra 50 euro (probably cash) for a potential late check out. The lady working there (who I never met personally) falsely accused me of having ripped her business cards. This ruined my day a bit.

The Communication was good. The host left shampoo and soap.

It’s located right at a big street so you hear traffic all night. Also other guests were partying till 3am… The bathroom was a little dirty when we got there but since it’s shared that might be the other guests fault

It was dirty, smelled bad (especially the beds). It was disgusting. They gave us dirty towels. There was no coffee machine (which they say there is). Windows were broken, couldn't be opened or closed. They didn't reply to messages. The street was loud.

The room 4 is facing the main road which was very noisy all night long. Even with the ear plugs I can hear the traffic. No air con/ fan, very hot and stuffy. No staff on the premises. The cleaners in the morning were rude trying to get us out before the check out time, 10 am. It is a sad looking and outdated place. Only book as a last resort.

This is was the last minute booking as we got last minute tickets to the opera on the lake. There was a little kitchenette next to the room where we can make a cup of tea in the morning. Relatavely clean, very basic.

The host was extremely unfriendly, rude and very mean. We announced per sms that we would arrive around 21:00 and they said that would be OK (the sign on the facility says that they are available 24 hours per day), but to our surprise, we found the door locked. When we called on the phone, they yelled at us for arriving very late (it was 21:20 at that moment) and told us to look for another accommodation. However, we kept insisting, since we had already paid for this one and only after that, they agreed to open. The treatment of guests in such a way can be described as unacceptable and very rude. I wonder who raised these people! We needed a receipt, but that turned out to be another bitter pill for the host to swallow. The internet rooter is most likely set at the lowest point of the deepest basement, so if you get the room on the first floor, you can only imagine having connection. TV did not work at all. Blinds in our room had mold all over them, so we did not lift them. The added photos were taken from the kitchen window. The garden resembles a jungle. Dust covered most of the floor (under the beds and in all of the corners).

On arrival- I found a worm on the towel in the bathroom. Utensils in the kitchen are dusted as if they are not used for months. On the Bed- I found someones hair. no spoons. tap in the kitchen is broken. it spills water on all directions. Its not at all value the money.

Where do I start. And I realise this is hostel accomodation. No one on location, just a telephone number. Book in yourself, if you can read German! No toilet paper, no internet so rang number, no answer. Hostel mostly filled with chainsmoking itinerant workers. When caught up with owner next day, after mentioning problems, received no help, just abuse!!. Note Booking. com, from description as included?? No mountain view, bathrobe, hairdryer, minibar, outdoor furniture, bbq, toilet paper. The others there were loosly descibed. Give this place a wide berth unless you are really desparate!

The shower worked and the bunk beds were OK.

This place is terrible, it is worth to stay for 20 Euro not 100. The window was broken, it smells and all sheets are worn up and cannot be used anymore. It should not be offered to anyone for such high price.
