A table for drinks on the balcony would be useful. The curtains are thin and let in too much light. A top sheet for bed is needed as duvet was too hot in June. There are no tuned TV channels but you don't come to the mountains to watch TV!

It was a great location for hiking, though local restaurants were closed due to early summer season, so we used bigger Spar supermarket in Lech. Very quiet and well equipped with plenty of space. The balcony was perfect for looking at the view.

To those who stay in the dorms, pay attention there are no facilities to make tea or coffee, no kettle, no fridge, only bare rooms with beds and the sauna

We loved everything about the property! It was new, modern and super clean. We also loved the window views and the fact that we could sit outside the place in the sun. Food (snacks, dinner and breakfast) all very reasonably priced. Can highly recommend it to everyone who considers staying here.

I had booked a room with a shared bathroom. It was small but had plenty of storage, was bright and clean. The shared shower and bathroom facilities were clean. It was great to have food available downstairs for reasonable prices. On the Lechweg!

We were upgraded from a room to an appartment which was very welcoming .. clean and spacious. The back view of the mountains and the lake were relaxing to watch even with slight rain. Location was central for touring the mountains nearby.

I cannot fault any aspect!

Exceptionally clean interior, with comfortable beds, and super breakfasts. An amazing location that is central for touring the mountains. Only a two-minute walk from the Tirolerhof restaurant, which provides wonderful evening meals.

The man who checked us in, I am guessing he was the owner, upgraded us to a lovely room with a kitchen from the second night as we were staying there for 3 nights. He was so very kind and generous. And for that I wish to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us such a wonderful stay. The place also has a sauna, which was perfect for all the hiking we did. And we bought so much cheese from there to take with us back home.

We weren’t expecting much, just a simple bunk room - the sauna, sunroom and fresh water swimming lake were an unexpected bonus!

There is no reception area, it took some time until the lady in the shop could take few minutes to get us to the room, but its OK, we didn't mind waiting.

We stayed in a dorms room, two people in a room of 4 beds so it was very convenient. The shared showers and other facilities are well maintained and very clean. Very reasonable price for a convenient one night stay while hiking the Lechweg.

We didn't have a key, they forgot. We had the master key which meant we could have got in anybody's room so the security was a bit of a worry.

Lamp by the bed nightstand did not work Wifi signal was not strong enough to work inside the bedroom Unable to wash the dishes because the water leaked away rapidly (worn out stopper in the sink) No obvious reception area, you have to enter the shop and ask the somewhat clueless cashier that you are here for a stay - they will then ask someone else to get your keys Breakfast is too expensive for the items you get. Only one type of bread. Supermarket quality. During the day (8-18h) the chees shop is open and many tourists sit outside and make a lot of noises (especially all the bikers who stop for a drink)

Towels were horrible smelling.They have been clean, but the smell was really bad. They didn't provide the requested room with protection of falling down for upper beds. It was risky to sleep there especially for kids.
