The location of the apartment was ideal. All the important points to get to know the center of Vienna were within a 20-30 minute walk. Nearby cafes and restaurants for breakfast. Despite the construction work on the metro, it was quiet. Although we are out and about all the time on vacation, I think you could have a comfortable and nice time in the apartment. Plenty of space, with all the basic appliances, clean and comfortable beds. Alexandros is very helpful and kind, I recommend it for families and couples.

Describing the apartment as 2 bedroom is a bit of a stretch as the second bedroom is actually a bed placed in the living room. The towels were not matching or of good quality and there was no bath mat or kitchen towel. A few simple changes to this would make a lot of difference. We found a clothes rack to dry clothes under one of the beds, it would have been good to be told this at the beginning of the stay.

The location was excellent, a tram stop out the front and a subway stop about 50 metres away. A good range of restaurants and shops nearby, we found the Cafe Eiles across the road to be good food for a good price. The apartment was in an interesting old building and was light and airy. Alex was very helpful and offered transfer to and from the train station. The washing machine and dishwasher were great.

The location of an apartment is amazing, walking distance to the centre. You don't need to use a bus, metro, or tram at all. Supermarkets and nice cafes nearby as well.

The property was amazing. From Location to cleanliness, everything is a plus. Spacious, newly built. The building is an old construction so the common passage is OK but that can not be taken into account as such.

Bed mattress is very soft and if you have spine problems is not comfortable. The Parking is possible, in theory, in front of tha building but you need to find a garage nearby and is quite expensive for 24h.

Everything was good, but maybe you should add a trash bin to the bathroom and toilet.
