It’s a pity that we didn’t have a smart tv in the room to watch Netflix on rainy days. Also a minibar and a water boiler for tea would have been nice to have in the room.

It’s really nice and clean, the views are amazing and the food is nice too, they change the menu every day so you always try something different. There’s a lot of parking place, the sauna area is really good as well, you have always snaks to eat while you’re on the wellness area.

In a place like this, they should not allow dogs sit on any chairs or walk through breakfast buffet alone.

Exceptional place with all needed facilities. The food (both breakfast & dinner) was outstanding and maybe the best ever eaten in a hotel. In a nutshell: One of the best hotels stayed in Europe.

There's nothing to dislike..

Everything.. the staff are so nice food is great. Even an underground garage to keep my bike in. Would absolutely recommend this hotel i stayed there outward bound and on my way back from Grossglockner. Superb. There was also about 10 other motorcycles there as well..

Booked last minute for one night but wow this place is really fantastic and we could have stayed a few nights. The staff are amazing, facilities are fantastic and the food for dinner and breakfast amazing. We came by motorcycle and the road to get there is also amazing. They have one of the best garages I have ever seen for a hotel.

Perfection. The hotel was luxurious, the staff kind and very very helpful, the breakfast and dinners were both varied and tasty. The saunas area great. The mountain view amazing and also not far (by car) from Serfaus-fiss-ladis ski area. Extremely recommended.

The mattress are too deep, It feels slightly uncomfortable and unusual from what I experienced of the dozens of the hotels

The parking is far from the entrance. Too noisy in the swimming pool with a lot of kids, not comfortable at all.

Nice breakfast and dinner. The room has a nice view and it is huge, with a very comfortable bed. The shower has a great power and the toilet has all the facilities.

Teenagers in SPA area despite clear signs that this area is 16+ (but this is problem of their parents, not the hotel). Would be nice to have some indoor playground area for kids.

Friendly and very welcoming staff. Very nice food, especially dinner with variety of meals to choose. SPA and swimming pool clean and cosy. 6 AC charging stations for EV in front of the hotel. Ski bus stops in front of the hotel. Great room cleaning service, our kids loved the decoration of our beds (every day different) :)

The friendliness and ambience of the hotel. It was refreshing to see such an intergenerational accessible hotel in such a lovely surrounding. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful and considerate...there was a family ethos of inclusivity that embraced the culture of the experience. Excellent and I shall be recommending this hotel as well as returning.

There was nothing that i didn’t like but just some suggestions for an even better stay for the guests: the temperature in the swimming pool was slightly cold for swimming outside, would be great to have it at around 36 degrees, not 32. Pancakes were never served for breakfast and it would be great to have some for kids. It would be ideal if dinner time could be extended because after ski and spa, it is a rush to get by 20h latest down for dinner.

1- The water temperature of the outdoor pool could be warmer ( 3 to 4 •C), and it was not decent for me and my partner, so we could not use it as we like. That is to say that the outdoor pool was the best part of the hotel in my opinion and it was a pitty that I could not use as I like it because of the water temperature. 2- The internet connection (wifi) quality was not good and I could not transfer some files during my stay in the hotel. In my opinion the internet connection could be better than this for this hotel.

The bathroom has a sliding door which does not close fully....a bit more privacy Would be preferable. Judged on the room alone a bit overpriced.

Beautiful Hotel in a fantastic location, with comfortable bed and large Balcony. Good and professional service. Dinner was tasty and the the breakfast buffet was fantastic. All in all a nice experience.
