I paid $150 for one night in a 3-star hotel without A/C. I found the A/C and Heater control panel and it was broken, the knobs literally smashed. I called the desk and was told there is no A/C or heater. I was told the window would open and there was a small heater-fan to move the air in the room. It cooled down around 10 PM and worked out OK. It's still mid-June, I cannot imagine what this room will be like in July and August. The tiny heater-fan would also be the only way to warm the room, I cannot imagine what it would be like from late September to early May. One other issue was the shower. The shower floor was extremely slick after rinsing your hair, it nearly caused me to fall. This is a big safety hazard. My understanding is that four star hotels should have a refridgerator in the rooms, AND air conditioniing. You are charging rates that should include an air conditioner. If, as you claim you don't have air conditioning because of some desire to save the planet then charge 35 Euros less. I can sweat just as nicely in a two-star hotel and paying 50 euros less.

Great location for traveling from Lichtenstein/Italy/Switzerland to Germany or vice versa. Clean rooms, clean hotel.

The smoking area was right at the front door. You had to walk through the smoke to get in.

althought not stated there is very frequent crossroad next to the hotel, very noisy day and night and as there is no air condition, you cannot close the window so it is almost unpossible to sleep, we had two rooms, both facing this bussy street, both very noisy

The elevators had a bit of a smell. The bed for the third person was a fold-out couch and was not particularly comfortable.

We ordered one family room but the reserved room was only for two people. Fortunately, the front desk offered two rooms as an alternative solution. The noise level in the room is pretty high for the rooms near the main road.

pillows are really flat, you need 2 or 3 per person hygiene could be better: some spots on floor, hairs in bathroom, dead flies on wall should be cleaned before new guests enter the room one day we left in the morning at 10:30 asked for cleaning but nothing was done

They don't have any high chair for the little ones. Me and my wife had to hold the baby on us while having breakfast. We could not enjoy the breakfast time.

The room was like being in some cheap dormitory, and the bathroom was something out of a really not nice and poorly maintained hospital. Considering it is a 4 star hotel it was extremely disappointing. At checkout even the person at the desk was surprised that we were put in the non-refurbished part of the hotel - which is usually given to tourist groups who don't stay in their room too much anyway - and we should've been given a much nicer room at the rate we have booked at. Carried on blaming the trainee working the previous day for this issue and for compensation gave us a packet of Mozartkugeln. We were not sure how to interpret this given the quite poor experience, but for sure now know to drive a bit further and stay in the tried and trusted other hotel(s) in the area.

On new years evening there was a so called gala dinner for the price of 110 €. The quality of the food we got was more like 35 € worth. It was a disgrace asking 110 € for what we got. The management should be ashamed of themselves. If the drinks would have been included then it would have been OK. Also the service in the bar could be improved.

The property had been closed for building works for the days before our arrival which we didn’t know. The consequences of the that were still being felt. There was no heating on, it was very cold. The hot water was warm Besides that, the pillows were terrible. We had one each and they deflated to nothing. I don’t know what was in them but they need replacing. I slept with a small cushion from the chair

For a 4 star hotel, the breakfast did not meet expectations and does not compare to other similar hotels. Scrambled eggs not made with actual eggs, the bread selection was not up to Austrian standard and the coffee tasted as if the machine was not properly cleaned (as a coffee lover, one can taste that). Large fruit, cheese and meat selection, however. The bathroom in our room should be renovated for a 4 star hotel and there was no mini-bar in the room nor was there a bottle of complementary water in the room. The room rate and the breakfast rate are not what comparable hotels would charge in similar 'remootish' locations.

Very friendly staff and quick check in. Lot of parking is available on site. Nice building and large green back yard. Location great to stop at on the way further south or noth.
