Room delux was really comfortable, enough space in the room and bathroom. Nice furnitures in excellent style. Food was delicious, especially dinner with deserts every evening. Breakfast was more than good. Skibus stop in front of the hotel :)

SwitzerlandComfortable rooms with balcony, nice bathroom, delicious dinner. The ski resorts are close by and can be easily reached by bus as well. There are also a lot of possibilities for winter hiking and cross country ski in Pitztal.

SwitzerlandInitially we had a reservation for 4 nights and extended our stay for one more night and arrived one day earlier. In this circumstance we wanted to know in which room we could stay next day during lunch time, since our daughter had to have her afternoon nap. The owner lady started to emotionally exclaim that she cannot through away the guests from the room, where we suppose to stay for the next 4 days and she could not confirm that we could stay in the room, where we slept before. We packed our things and left to the mountains. When we got back, our luggage was moved to a new room. They said it was a “comfort” room (109) compared to the “standard” room (206), where we stayed one night. The “comfort” room (109) was much worse than the “standard” one (206). Pillows and bed were better in the standard room, there was a separate balcony. In the comfort room you have to share the balcony. The bed was creaking and we had to move very careful in the night not to wake up our daughter. All handles were also creaking. Room design is very strange: toilet is located close to the bed, so if you go there in the night, most probably you wake up your partner. No fridge. Many flies! I was catching 5-10 flights in the evening, if we open our balcony. In general, the attitude of the owner lady was not friendly. She pretended to be friendly but it was not genuine at all. During breakfast she offered espresso, coffe latte or cappuccino only to those guests she liked. Once we were accused for taking food, when my wife took 2 bananas behind her back, so that our daughter does not see them, otherwise she will be immediately asking for them without having a proper food. Of course she would have not taken the bananas, if they were available all the time but not! There were only those 2 bananas and only when the lady felt it, she brought more specific fruits. There is sauna but it works between 15 and 20. There is a heated pool but it is not warm enough for little kids.
I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. I would say that the service and our stay would have been perfect, if the lady who runs the place is not there all the time. All personnel is very efficient and does its best: young lady at the reception, all waiters, cleaning lady! No complains, everything is impeccable. We had half-board and had to order main dish a day before. When we were coming with our always hungry 2 years old daughter at 6 p.m., we were getting our food very fast. Their chef is great! Food was delicious every day! Our room was cleaned in the morning, where we were not there and our daughter could sleep around noon.

Germanybeds were hard and matresses could not get changed sauna was not on, they told us twice the next day it will be on from 16:00 but it was not. some times too loude at the restaurant area because friends are picking up pizza and they are saying hello very loud. greeting was not too friendly but it improved over the time.
