Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had a perfect stay! We cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was great and on the higher standard. The food, the pool, the room. Everything was exceptional clean and the hotel is full of atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding. Thank you for having us we will definitely come back

Czech RepublicBasic still water for dinner could have been free of charge, 3 EUR for 1 litre seems like a bit much even though we paid for a half-board (breakfast & dinner). Wellness/pool area is open from 2 PM until 7 PM, pool is open roughly from 7 AM till 8 PM, which could have been better communicated by the hotel before booking. Watch out for bees in the Summer.
Breakfast is really rich and everyone will find something they like. Coffee/tea is free of charge. If possible, we strongly recommend you have dinner - it was a highlight! Great staff, always smiling and helpful even though we did not speak German. Clean hotel, rooms, wellness and the pool with a view - everything was spotless! Our room (suite) situated southwest had great views, was quiet at night and truly spacious. Parking is free and possible underground. High up on a hill but walkable, although a car is the best way to get to the hotel. Many possible routes in different directions so you always have something to do. E-bike rent is possible at reception. They have pet horses, llamas & rabbits. Great place for a family vacation we reckon.
