Everything is well secured and high tech facilities. The location and cleanliness.

Luggage is storage is very expensive and the automatic machine doesn’t work properly.

Great place!! As described! It is very organized, clean and make you fell safe. All persons were helpful and always with a smile. It offers great events in the evenings and in some days , free tours.

Staff was very friendly, they had their own bar which had a great vibe on friday night. Location was great very near to train station and city center, well connected. The rooms were clean and well maintained

Lounge area with cafe was nice, good location, late check out for extra 5 euros

The cleanliness of the toilets could be better. The top bunks are a bit difficult to access since the ladder steps are quite narrow, and the placement of the fan near the ladder can be inconvenient—I accidentally bumped into it a few times at night when returning to my bunk.

Location nice, not too far from the center. Bedroom and bathroom are spacious.

Floor in bedroom is a bit dirty, especially under the bed.

Staff was very nice, and having someone who spoke spanish was a plus for me. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds.

For the only-female dorms, no privacy curtain is provided for the upper bunk beds, nor the small fan and safe box seen on the pictures. Room had no AC (which is okay, I was aware of this) but there was no fan either, so we had to keep all the windows open and because blinds are attached to the window this caused a problem due to all the sunlight coming in by early morning, making the stay a bit uncomfortable. I think this could be easily solved by the hostel, addressing just one of the two issues would help significantly improve the experience.

No hairdryer or towels in the room/bed

Impressive hostel with many activities such as a karaoke night and free walking tour.

Quite expensive for a hostel, including their café and luggage lockers.

Great location, lovely reception/bar area, friendly and helpful staff. Had a female only room, with 4 sharing, the beds are very comfortable.

It wasn't a big issue, but only 1 lamp for the whole room, no bedside table lamps. Cleanliness could be improved in the rooms.

The location is great — very central, right next to Naschmarkt and easy to reach by metro. The staff was helpful, the place was clean, and the common areas were well organized. Everything was functioning well, and the atmosphere was lively and social.

Unfortunately, my personal experience in the shared room was not ideal. One of the guests in the bunk below me was extremely noisy and disruptive during the night. Of course, this is not the fault of the hostel, but it affected my ability to sleep and enjoy the stay.

I really liked this hostel. Espesially, it was CLEAN. Nice breakfast. Close to city center (walking distance to the majority of museums, opera, cathedrals). Pleasant and helpful staff, 24-hours desk - really nice. Small things like safe and fan at every bed available, cool big locker for bags (if not enough, then there are additional lockers to rent at desk area).

A bit small kitchen area, which was full in the evening and in the morning - was not crucial for me, but definitely not so convenient for those who cooks there. Only ONE ordinar size fridge for the whole 4 floors hostel! It was mess there. (It will be better to put small ones in every room or at least one per block/floor.)
