When we got in and asked if we can leave our luggage at the checkout day they told us ok , but after we checked out the reception person told us it is not possible and they are sorry, and did not offer a solution to the situation. We counted on that because we had to load our sport equipment together with the suitcases

The stff was absolutely friendly and super helpful and polite. They recommended venues, where to go and spend romantic time. They even prepared a birthday cake and candle for my housband, which was such an unplanned but lovely gesture. We loved the stay and would come back anytime again.

We had one small issue with the shower trap it was draining water a little slow but no big deal other than that everything was perfect.

First stay for our honeymoon and it was the best of all 6 stays we have been to. Very friendly and helpful staff the moment we got in they recommended places for us to visit. The room was very soothing to the eye just from looking at it you feel relaxed. Would always recommend Zelloon to anyone. Their breakfast was one of a kind experience and being not a buffet it made it better you get everything in your table hot and delicious.

Beautiful property. Stunning in all ways. Staff extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. Peace and chill are the watch words. Top class products, delicious breakfasts, coffee to die for, luxurious spa. Ideal location with breathtaking mountain views. Walks and gondola rides aplenty.

absolutely loved the 3 Tier breakfast stands with cut fruit and imaginative, variety of items. Also loved being served eggs of our choice and coffee as opposed to getting up & down for buffet.

Our stay in this hotel was absolutely wonderful! We spent there the New Year and also our anniversary, and we couldn't have done better! This place has everything, rooms are perfect, modern, spacious, with amazing views. Tha spa area is also perfect and the breakfasts are delicious and rich. The whole hotel area is really quiet and perfect designed. It's really close to Zillertal Arena (1 minute by car) which is perfect if you want to ski. Owners and the whole staff are super nice and helpfull! We have certainly not been here for the last time.

Great weekend at zelloon :) Perfect place for rest and also great starting point for hiking in Zillertal area. Host was really nice, we had some questions about hiking trails nearby and she was happy to give us advice and insights. SPA area and outdoor heated pool come in handy after a long day in the mountains. Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was tasty also my wife had birthday so staff surprised her with birthday card and a cake :) To sum up, awesome hotel where everything is really taken care of and traveller can only relax and enjoy.

The shower really lacks a door, you can accidentally pour water all over the room if you turn unfortunate. I was also disturbed by the loud clicking sound that the bathroom floor made (probably because the wooden floor gets water from the shower, and the wood reacts that way). I often woke up at night because of it. Otherwise everything was fine.

Everything is super, gorgeous view from the room, amazing breakfasts (especially the fruit platter), very good spa.

This hotel is very special it's a dream place. All the details make you relaxing and happy. We had a wonderful room with amazing views on the mountains. From the bed I just don't want to close the window because of the view. The bedroom is great I slept like a baby. My mind got so empty and relaxing. Finally we didn't wanted to watch anything on the TV or phone. It's a paradise!
