The 4% inclined bed was not my favorite but other people might light it.

When we got in and asked if we can leave our luggage at the checkout day they told us ok , but after we checked out the reception person told us it is not possible and they are sorry, and did not offer a solution to the situation. We counted on that because we had to load our sport equipment together with the suitcases

absolutely TERRIBLE experience. management and owners are extremely CHEAP. it is a boutique hotel that doesnt have even a kettle in the rooms. the kettle is downstairs and they would charge you for every cup of coffee you would have. they also have a microwave there but wont let you use it. there are no nearby restaurants and when I tried to heat up some food in that microwave the owner (who is constantly observing the place day and night) approached me and said that he doesnt allow me to use the microwave. he said its not healthy for me to eat so late (it was around 8pm btw). i had a 4-night booking and after 1-st night i asked to let me go for the remaining 2 days. he said he wouldnt return the money so i was forced to stay. upon checkout i was rushing to return the car. the manager asked to pay 3,5 euro for the coffee i drank and i said "of course, please let me pay by card". all the world is using credit cards already. she said she cant accept my card. i said i dont have cash on me which was true and im happy to pay by card. she said no. i said i have no other way to do it and im late to return my car (recall we are talking about 3,5 euro, when i have already paid 1400 for 4 nights). finally she had mercy on me and agreed to accept the card but said she is unhappy because they have to pay fee when accepting credit card. unbelievable!! ive never seen anything like that. there are no internal doors in the rooms. no doors in bathroom. even no doors in the bath cabin. from the room you directly see whats happening inside the bath cabin. i had a 2-room apt, and it was very hard without doors

The stff was absolutely friendly and super helpful and polite. They recommended venues, where to go and spend romantic time. They even prepared a birthday cake and candle for my housband, which was such an unplanned but lovely gesture. We loved the stay and would come back anytime again.

Aesthetically designed, quiet, spacious, clean hotel. Smells nice, beautiful tranquil rooms. Very pretty spa area. Lovely gardens.

The breakfast was chosen for you every day and pretty much the same every single day... served at your table, which was super awkward. You couldn't even grab a coffee for yourself when you wanted one. You'd get a tiny portion of veg every morning, like a quarter of an avocado, whatever bread they gave you you ate, tiny portion of Spar own brand basic muesli every morning...all very strange. Staff mostly not there, except hovering over you as you ate your breakfast every morning of course. Spa only open for a few hours during the day, which made planning your day difficult. Sometimes the pool was not open at all or not at the stated hours, some days it was not heated. Obligatory extra charge for parking, also very odd. And hardly any hooks in the suite. Three wall hooks for a whole big suite, what do you do with your bath robe, your jackets etc? A mystery. And now this is the kicker - no coffee and tea facilities in the room. You had to go down into the restaurant to make yourself a tea or coffee and pay the restaurant price for it. Just bizarre. It looks and feels like a fancy hotel but is managed so poorly with these odd choices it ruins the experience.

Everything was excellent... We were very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel ... Very friendly staff, especially Mrs. Ivana, thank you for everything 🙂 Comfortable, clean and well-equipped room, nice spa and very tasty breakfast. Good choice for eco-friendly people!

Incredibly relaxing vibe - the smell of the wood to the tranquil setting, it was a complete chill out

Would have been ideal to be able to have spa treatments such as massage

First stay for our honeymoon and it was the best of all 6 stays we have been to. Very friendly and helpful staff the moment we got in they recommended places for us to visit. The room was very soothing to the eye just from looking at it you feel relaxed. Would always recommend Zelloon to anyone. Their breakfast was one of a kind experience and being not a buffet it made it better you get everything in your table hot and delicious.

We had one small issue with the shower trap it was draining water a little slow but no big deal other than that everything was perfect.

Beautiful property. Stunning in all ways. Staff extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. Peace and chill are the watch words. Top class products, delicious breakfasts, coffee to die for, luxurious spa. Ideal location with breathtaking mountain views. Walks and gondola rides aplenty.

-Says there is air condition, but you will not find it. - You won't get an iron. - You will pay for parking.

The kindness and helpful staff, the silence, the breakfast was extremely nice experience, the underground garage with ev charger and the bike storage

It was too hot in the room. And minus is that need pay ABOUT Car parking. That has to be included at hotels price.
