“I arrived at 1:30 am and was a bit anxious, being unfamiliar with the area and on my own at that hour. The staff had sent through really detailed access instructions beforehand, which was so reassuring. Finding the lockbox, parking, and getting inside was simple thanks to the clear directions—it took away all the stress. By the time I arrived I was tired and cold, just dreaming of a hot chocolate. To my delight, the minibar had exactly what I needed, which honestly made my night. A small but thoughtful touch that left a big impression!”
