They key insert to get in and out of underneath car park. Had to drive so close that I almost scratched my mirrors on car.

Cleanliness was my number one vote, nice place and great location

Manger of booking( first holidays) was inflexible with altering key drop arrangements in light of major road closures for public event. Only automatic responses provided to repeated requests.

Location was great Unit was exactly as described. All facilities were available

Some creepy noises in the night . Sounded like someone was on the balcony but there was no one there .

Wifi was unacceptably poor. Would only run one device and not the TV and took 2 hours to come on when we first arrived. Cold in winter even with heater running TV and heater in bedroom didn’t work. Advice Don’t stay here especially in winter. Could have a more thorough clean

Old, dirty, ill equiped. One given one blanket for a multiple person booking. Beds were disgusting and uncomfortable. Shower was low pressure & hot water lasted one minute the first night. Staff were not well presented and the excuse given for not replying when we were left with one blanket and an unmade bed will be posted with proof. And we were left half our stay without a blanket. The doors on the balcony do not function properly, locks don’t work. Blinds are disgusting & one is broken. Floors were extremely dirty including carpets. Hair left on floors, stains on lounge, broken smashed clock not working. Old and worn out, broken out door lounge. Property manger on site was rude and unhelpful. Floors to elevator are very slippery when wet my little girls slipped multiple times hurting herself. Please go stay at Lowanna Beach Resort where it’s CHEAPER, newer, cleaner, staff are lovely & you are staying somewhere much nicer. Not to mention it’s an OFFSITE KEY PICK UP AND DROP OFF plus the tv didn’t work in the lounge room, internet is not working and seen previous reviews about this and they are true.

My partner and I booked this property for the 2-9th of March but did end up leaving on the 6th due to the cyclone and the risk of being stuck far away from our home back in FNQ. During our stay we did not have any issues with the property as it was exactly what the photos had shown. Due to the cyclone, the outdoor furniture had to be moved inside the property and we had no issues with that. The owner Chris had come to the property to help us with this. Unfortunately, we were forced to make the sudden decision to leave early. We had great communication between the other owner Kim in regard to vacating the property earlier than expected. After the stay, we had realised that we had left a pair of expensive pyjamas at the property due to our last minute travel. I had messaged Kim the owner about this and have provided screenshots of our messages. This messaging had been going on for almost 2 weeks before I had received a definite response via phone. She explained to me why she had not been in contact with me sooner but wish this was communicated to me in a simple message. I’ve always understood issues that get in the way of work but this was not communicated in any sorts. After getting across bank details for delivery of the pyjamas back to our address I had transferred the $30 that she requested. As of today, I have still not received updates or delivery of the pyjamas. As you can see in the screenshots she has also read my last message. I am extremely unhappy with how this has been dealt with. I will not be holidaying through this business ever again.

key collection and drop off location slighting annoying. There was no milk as stated. No communication of where you could park your car. they were numbered so a simple sentence stating “park anywhere in the underneath parking” would have saved us time and confusion. All else was great.

great location - walking distance to shops, beach, Restaurants, clean and tidy, great balcony, comfortable.

We couldn’t access the property and had to sleep in our car the first night, despite the listing saying check in available until midnight. The hosts do not answer after hours calls so you are on your own if you need anything. They also do not included linen for the sofa bed. We are still trying to get a full refund for the first night even though we didn’t stay and slept in our car!!

The property was in a good location, that is about the only positive
