Sasha's apartment was great, She was there to greet me and showed and explained to me everything I needed to know. The place was super clean and spacious, and there was plenty of room to store my food shopping. Coles is literally across the road and the train station is 12 minutes walk, though on my departure I took the Ferry and it was only 6 minutes walk.

The room I stayed is close to the bathroom, so it's noisey if you want to sleep early.

The apartment is very clean. The room has locker so it's safe. It's a good choice for traveling.

Very neat and tidy apartment with a extremely kind and involved owner sasha. She goes above and beyond in caring for the comfort of her guests, answering their questions and meeting their needs. I will not hesitate in recommending her accommodation to anyone visiting Sydney and not requiring to stay in the crowded and noisy CBD.

I didn't like the noise in the morning but it was no fault of host or location- just some construction happening next door. Normally I am awake and up by 7am but had a late night and didn't have to be up early the next day. It was a minor thing.

Sasha was amazing and met me with a tour and keys. Sasha pointed me in the direction for shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom was very clean and had everything I needed. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a supermarket around the corner. I had a very comfortable stay. Thanks Sasha!

I liked most things but wish the kitchen had slightly more space for cooking. I kinda wish there was a small light/lamp in the room.

Air con was a bit too noisy. And blinds were a not able to fully close and the light dimmer switch didn't work.

Nothing in particular. The remote for the TV needed to have the batteries changed but that's about it.

It pretty much looks like the pictures. The place is clean and each of the rooms is let out to other people. Parking near the building is limited to 1 hour. The nearest street that I could find was Holt street, but make sure you check which side of the street you park on. One side has no time limit and the other has limited parking time. It's about a 15 walk from the place. The room that I stayed in had a folding door, but all other rooms had standard doors. Although all rooms were occupied it was a quiet place. I was lucky in that two of the other people staying there were also solo and we got on well and went out for a meal. All appliances were operating except the dryer, but there were a few clothes racks outside on the balcony so that wasn't an issue. Coles supermarket is literally across the road which is great if you need groceries.

A little too far from Parramatta centre for walking - particularly the day it was raining.

The neighbours can be loud and you can hear them through the walls and my room only had a fan to cool down the room so if you're coming to Sydney during the summer period, it can be hard to sleep without wearing earplugs.

I traveled to Sydney to watch Blink-182 live and I found this apartment for a relatively cheap price in comparison to other hotels and knowing Taylor Swift was in town as well, most accommodation prices had sky rocketed. The apartment was modern and spacious enough with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a shared kitchen/living area and a balcony. The apartment is close to a Coles and other nearby restaurants so plenty to choose from. Easy to access to public transport with Parramatta Station being a 10-15min walk away.
